Harry and Ginny went back to the Burrow. Ginny told the whole family her eating disorder, with a little help from Harry. They understood, and they said they would help as much as possible. After that, they sat down to eat some lunch, which consisted of some ham sandwiches.
Ginny sat there, staring at her food in front of her. Harry was seated beside her. He grabbed her hand from under the table and gave it a comforting squeeze. "Come on Gin, try it. One bite, just to start. If you can hold down that, it would already be a huge step." Harry said, trying to give her confidence.
"Ok, I'll try." She said, a little nervous. She picked up the sandwich, and took a small bite, chewed, and swallowed. After a few minutes, she hadn't run off to vomit, so she was really proud of herself. "I did it!" She exclaimed like a little kid.
Harry smiled. "You are slowly getting there."
"Ginny took another small bite, and she could keep it down, however, after she finished the whole sandwich she had run off to the bathroom. Harry ran after her, and held her hair back, just like the last time.
"It's no use!" She said, tearing up. "I will never go back to normal."
"Gin. Listen to me. You will be okay, you will be able to eat again. Just start with a few bites, not a whole sandwich. I will make you a new one." Harry said comfortingly.
"Ok." Was all she said, and walked back out to the kitchen.
"You alright there?" Charlie asked his youngest sibling, checking if she was alright.
Ginny smiled a soft and strained smile before saying. "I will be."
The couple walked to the kitchen and Harry made Ginny a new sandwich, and sat down at the table with her. She took a few small bites, and was able to keep them down. "I think I'm done for now." She said, and they both got up.
"Would you like to join me for a walk?" Harry offered, holding his hand out for his girlfriend.
"I'd love to." Ginny replied, taking his hand.
