Ginny walked down the many stairs of the burrow. When she entered the kitchen she was greeted by her mother. "Where are you headed?" Molly asked, knowing her daughter didn't usually wear a dress of any kind, unless there was something special going on.

"Harry is taking me on a date!" Ginny said, smiling.

"That's great, Dear! Be careful, there are loose death eaters."

"Don't worry Mum! We will be alright." Ginny said as she hugged her mother.

"Where are your shoes?" Molly asked, noticing her daughter was barefoot.

"Oh! I forgot. I'll be right back." Ginny said, running upstairs quickly.

Ginny grabbed some white wedge heels. They had a beachy look to them. She quickly put them on and walked back down the stairs. She walked down just in time to see Harry walk through the door.

Harry walked in the door. He still had the same lightning bolt scar on his forehead. He stood 6'1" and was still wearing the same black jeans and button up shirt he put on this morning. He had been working out for awhile now, since on the run, so he was all muscle. His hair was still the same messy rat's nest that it was every day. He walked over to Ginny and gave her a quick kiss.

"Hey, Gin. You look beautiful. Are you ready to go?"

"Thanks, Harry. Of course! Where are we headed?"

"That's a bit of a secret for now. You will find out when we get there. We can leave as soon as I talk to Hermione." Harry said, kissing her cheek before going up the stairs to chat with Hermione.

"Hey, 'Mione." Harry said after he knocked on the door, entering the room.

"Hey Harry." Hermione said, looking up from the novel she was reading.

"Can I ask you a favor?" He asked her, placing silencing charms around the room. Not even extendable ears could get past.

"Go on?" Hermione said, suddenly looking intrigued.

"Well, I need you to pack Ginny and I a bag. I'm planning on taking her to Godric's Hallow. We might be staying overnight. Just for today and tomorrow. And also tell Molly we will be gone for that time, and we won't be back till tomorrow's dinner."

Hermione's smiled. "That's sweet, Harry. I know how much that means to you." She said, getting up and giving her best friend a hug.

"Of course I will pack for you guys! Have fun!" She said, pushing him out the door.

"Thanks Mione!" Harry said, walking out of the room and back down the steps, waving to her.

"Ok, we can leave now." Harry said, walking down the last few steps.

"Ok." Ginny said, quite calmly, but Harry could see her curiosity.

Harry took Ginny's hand and walked out of the Burrow, and out of the apparation boundaries, and disaparated.

When the couple felt there feet hit the ground again, they opened their eyes. Harry aparated right outside of muggle London.

"Where are we going?" Ginny asked, looking around.

"First, we are going to a restaurant in muggle London, but we are going to have to walk from here." Harry said, looking down at her, waiting for a response.

"That sounds great, Harry." Ginny said, pulling him down slightly to kiss him.

Harry kissed her back and took her hand to start walking to the muggle restaurant.

After a few minutes of walking, they arrived at a small and cozy café. It reminded Ginny of the Gryffindor common room. It had small tables and comfortable chairs everywhere. Harry led them to a seat and then asked her if she wanted to eat now. "Sure, Harry." Ginny said, sitting down across the table.

"I'll go up and order, you ok to wait here?"

Ginny nodded. "I'll be fine." She smiled softly.

"Seen you in a minute." Harry kissed her forehead and walked over to the front of the cafe to order. It was a muggle place, so Harry decided the best option was pizza, since he knew Ginny had never had it before. He did find it strange that there was butterbeer on the menu. He figured there were wizards who worked here. He got pepperoni pizza and two butterbeers. He heard Ginny starting to yell, causing him to look back at his girlfriend, only to find she wasn't alone at the table.

Ginny's POV

As soon as Harry turned his back on the table. I saw Dean Thomas enter the cafe and make his way to my table. I internally rolled my eyes, I could already see this won't end well. Dean and I dated back in my 5th year. It was an abusive relationship. He slapped me and hit me a lot, and it hurt me physically and mentally. One day Harry found me crying in an empty corridor, and I told him about my dilemma and I could instantly see the anger in Harry's eyes. He comforted me, and I realized I shouldn't be with Dean if he was going to treat me like he did.

Dean pulled me out of my thoughts. He sat down at the table and struck up a conversation like it was nothing. "Hey baby, what are you doing here alone?" He asked, leaning over the table.

"I'm here with my boyfriend, Harry." I said, trying to be polite, but tell him to back off.

"Oh, that's too bad, you're with Mr. Rich and Famous. He doesn't even love you!" Dean started, looking in her eyes. "I saw him with Cho Chang the other day. He is probably with ten other girls!"

"Dean, you don't even know him!" I started getting louder, he was really pissing me off. "He loves me, and I love him! Now get out! All you ever did was abuse me, mentally and physically. I don't ever want to see you again! You hurt me Dean! You will never get that trust again!" I felt tears rising in my eyes as I tried to blink them back.

Harry was staring at me from the front counter, and there was only a few muggles in the restaurant. As soon as Harry saw Dean grab my wrist, he rushed over and was there in a matter of seconds. He stood beside me and pushed Dean away, forcing him to let go of me. Harry put his arm around me as tears leaked down my cheeks.

"Back off her!" Harry said, quite forcefully.

That was pretty much all Dean needed to get the hell out. Harry was much stronger than him and he knew it. He apparated out of there in seconds.

As soon as he left, Harry turned his attention to me. "Are you alright babe?" He asked, looking down at me. I just buried my face into his chest as tears continued to fall. Harry just rubbed my back. "Did he hurt you?" Harry asked, concern in his voice.

Third Person POV

Ginny shook her head, but still kept her face hidden. Harry's shirt was slowly getting wetter. He decided to leave, as to not cause a scene in the muggle cafe.

Harry aparated to the outskirts of muggle London. They were now under a tree, standing in a field with nobody in sight. There was a small muggle town in the distance.

"Gin? You have to tell me what's wrong, or I can't help you." He said, rubbing her back.

"N-nothing is w-wrong." Ginny sobbed.

"Babe, something is obviously wrong." Harry said to her, trying to help her.

Ginny sniffed. She wiped her eyes and looked up at her worried boyfriend. "I I just couldn't handle it in there. Just the way he talked, it reminded me so much of 5th year! He said that you didn't love me, and I could tell he wanted me back. If you weren't there I think something would have happened! I could tell by the way he acted. I'm worried he will take it too far and try to kill you or something!"

"Gin, He is not going to kill me. If he so much as lays a hand on you I'll kill him—

"No! If you kill him you will end up in Azkaban!" Ginny interrupted, not pleased with the idea.

"Fine. I won't kill him, I'll take him to the ministry and have them kill him." Harry compromised. "Are you still hungry?" Harry changed the subject.
