Louis stared at me with his beautiful eyes. I knew he was hurt but I didn't want to confront him for I wanted him to be happy. Now I know what death feels like.. I'm never gonna take my time with him for granted again.
"Kayla?" He asked as he caressed my cheek.
"Yeah?" I replied as I gently placed my hand on his.
"I love you more than anything! I don't know what I would've done if you had just left me. I was so scared that I would lose you. I never knew what it was like to watch someone slip out of my fingers like that, and I won't ever let that happen again. I love you Kayla!" He said while a tear seeped down his cheek. I was speechless, he does care, he really does love me.
"I love you too!" I said as he quickly pulled me into his arms.
"This is our new beginning! And I promise to never let you go again!" He whispered in my ear. New beginning? That means a fresh start, forget all the happened.. No I won't forget, I love the memories he has given me, he's my one and only...
"Kayla, I know this is not the right time to do this, but all that we have been through together, well I feel like this is the right thing to do.." he said as he got down on one knee. Is he going to propose?
"Kayla Alana Mathews, Will you marry me?" He asked as he pulled out a box and opened it. inside was a breathtaking glistening diamond ring. this can't be real, he must be joking.. or is he?
"Yes!" I shouted with glee. I can't believe this is happening!! He slipped the gorgeous ring onto my ring finger and raised his face to mine.
"I love you." He said as he gently pressed his lips against mine and pressed his body against mine. I can't believe this is happening, this is my dream come true!
