Finding Luce

I know its been way to long and we're WAY overdo for an update, im sorry this chapter is kinda short :/ i've been struggling with motivation but its back now <3 Thanks for everyone viewing and I hope you enjoy this new chapter! I plan to start updating weekly again!

Natsu POV: Demons came at us left and right as we kept moving closer and closer down the corridors until we reached the room Lucy was in. I could smell her blood so strongly it filled me with rage. "Wendy, Gray, Juvia if anyone tries to enter this room, stop them." Erza said as she requipped into her Heavens Wheel Armor and kicked down the door. Lucy sat in a chair with blood on her clothes and bruises on her body, chained like an animal. I felt my heart break and enrage. Sharkboy, Jackal and Seliah stood in front of her smiling. "It's too late, the fun has already begun." Jackal snickered. Ezel threw an attack my way and I hit him with a fire dragon iron fist. "Natsu, take Lucy and get out of here! Juvia, Gray, get ready!" Erza yelled. "Hai!" The duo yelled in Unison as they slay one demon after another. Erza was taking on Seliah and Wendy held Jackal back as I quickly grabbed the shackles from lucys ankles and arms and crushed them to pieces. I brushed a bloody strand of hair away from her face and caressed her cheek for a moment, with a sense of relief she was alive and in my grasp again. I put Lucy over my shoulder and as floor began to crack open. "Wendy, go with Natsu!" Erza said as she struck Seliah with her blade. We ran out of the room jumping over bodies of guards. I looked back to see Juvia, Erza, and Gray taking on the Tartaros Trio. 'Thanks guys', I thought to myself. We reached the door of the guild where Team A was fighting off the demons coming from the cracks one by one.We quickly went back to the rally site and I rushed lucy to the medic tent and laid her down. "Move Natsu!" I quickly got out of the way as Wendy began to do a healing spell on Lucy's wounds. The ground continued to rumble as more and more cracks appeared in the earth, the sky turning a dark grey. I silently watched as Wendy treated each wound on her body.Lucy's eyes began to twitch and slowly opened. "Lucy!" I fell to my knees and bent down embracing her into a hug. "Natsu please be careful with her! She isn't back to her full power yet!" Wendy said in a demanding tone, but she was right. I laid her back down on the mat that had been placed on the ground. "Hey guys, i'm sorry... I failed you all.." Lucy whispered in a hoarse tone, tears sliding down her cheeks. "Lucy you have nothing to be sorry about. Please just rest." Wendy said softly. She began to heal Lucy's wounds again and handed her a pill. Her Lucy-san, take this its from poryluscia and itll help your strength replenish fast. Lucy reluctantly accepted the pill and took it. Racer from Crime Sorciere came up to us, "Guys I was requested to give update reports, Team A and B are fighting off the remaining tartaros members Mirajane and Guildarts have showed up as well." I nodded still watching Lucy as she winced at her wounds closing. Just then Erza came flying down with Patherlily and ran to us frantically. "Natsu! Take Lucy and get her away from here now! Jackal is coming to kill her so the gate can't be closed. Jellal is trying to hold him off but the demons are starting to come at an alarming rate." Demons were now crawling everywhere from the cracks in the earth. Different members of the guilds were fighting as hard as they could. "Ah! Get off of me! Lucy Kick!" Lucy yelled kicking a demon that had appeared from a crack in the earth. "I went to Lucy and picked her up piggy back style, "C'mon Luce, we gotta go." All the guilds were now in the rendezvous spot fighting as hard as they could. Erza requipped into her Purgatory armor and was fighting Seliah. They caught up to us and the linger of Jackals scent was growing closer and closer. I looked down at Lucy who had tears in her eyes watching the horrors unfold. I started running east towards the mountainside to find a place to stop and think of a better plan. We couldn't keep running but Lucy still needed more time to rest. I found a place about a half hour from the meeting spot and sat Lucy down on a patch of grass. She looked up at me and her eyes looked dull and lost. I sat beside her pulling her into an embrace, absorbing every smell and feeling of having her close to me again. "Natsu.." I heard her call my name and looked down at her. "Thank you.. I'm so sorry.."
