she's laying on the bed on her stomach so i get up from my sitting position and i lay on top of her.

me : i'm so sorry, babe. i know it's upsetting. but just remember you have your friends support, your brothers support, my support, and even my parents support.

i get off of her and she sits next to me and looks at me.

emma's pov

me : thank you, baby.

avani gives me a kiss and cups my face in her hands.

avani : never forget who you are. and don't let one person let you feel like you need to change. even if it is your dad. he'll come around.
me : thank you.

she kisses me again and lets go of my face. i hear a knock on the door.

me : if that's you dad, then go away.

mattia opens the door.

tia : just me.
me : oh. sorry.

he comes in and shuts the door behind him.

tia : why are you mad at dad?
me : because i told them i'm bi and i told them me and avani are dating and he doesn't support it.
tia : first of all, i am so so sorry, bug. i know that couldn't feel great. and second of all, y'all are dating?
avani : yep! she just asked me out like an hour ago!
tia : congratulations! i'm so happy for you, sis!

he comes over to me and i climb off the bed and we hug. he even hugs avani.

tia : y'all are adorable.
me : i need to tell the group. you wanna text them?
tia : lucky for you, i already invited them over to hang out. perfect timing i guess.
me : thank you.
tia : no problem. have you told noah?
me : nope. can you get him in here?
tia : of course.

he leaves and avani rubs my thigh until noah comes in. then she takes her hand on when he comes in.

noah : mattia said you needed me?
me : uh yeah. i need to tell you something.
noah : is it bad?
me : not to me, but dad was mad.
noah : what is it?
me : i'm bisexual. meaning-
noah : i know what bisexual means.
me : and this is my girlfriend, avani!
noah : nice to meet you, avani. i'm noah.
avani : nice to meet you too.
noah : why was dad mad?
me : because he doesn't support it.
avani : which i think is ridiculous.
noah : well, ignore him. i'm happy for you, em. and you, avani. emma's a really good person. you're lucky to have her.
avani : i know i am.

avani smiles and i smile hearing noah say that.

me : thank you, noah.

i give him a hug and then he also gives avani a hug. he walks out of my room and goes back to his. avani hugs me.

avani : and now you have noah's support too.
me : yeah. luckily.

we give each other a little peck and then my friends get here. they all walk in my room and i give everyone hugs.

kai : who's this?
me : remember the girl i told you i met after my audition?
everyone : yeah.
me : well this is her. everyone meet avani gregg, my girlfriend.
dev : WAIT! OH MY FUCKING GOD! CONGRATULATIONS!!

dev embraces me in a hug.

ale : congrats, em! i'm happy for you!
me : thank you!
kai : y'all are so cute together!
me : thank you!

both of them hugged me.

me : avani, this is kairi, alejandro and devyn. dev is my best friend since birth, kai is the baby, no offense olaf,-
kai : offense taken.
me : and ale is my ex boyfriend. but we're good friends. he gets all the girls, so don't be leaving me for him-
avani : wouldn't even think about it.
me : and obviously you already know mattia. he's like the "big brother" to the group if you know what i mean.
avani : it's nice to meet you guys.
all : you too.

kai and ale dap her up and dev gives her a hug.

we hang out for a while and the whole time me and avani are cuddling.

tia : i feel so single.
dev : i forreal need a relationship like yours.
ale : i think it's funny that you were the last one to turn 17 and you were the first to find your soulmate.
kai : umm...
me : kai your bday is in 2 days. you excited?
kai : yeah. at least this time i won't get cheated on again.
tia : actually alejandro you're wrong.
ale : what do you mean?
tia : she's not the only one who found their soulmate.
me : you found your soulmate tia?
dev : i did too.
tia : devvy's my soulmate.
dev : tia's mine.

they're both smiling big.

me : I KNEW IT! I FUCKING KNEW IT!

avani jumped when i screamed.

me : aw i'm sorry, baby. i didn't mean to scare you.
avani : it's okay. i just wasn't expecting that.

i kissed her and then looked back at dev who was now sitting in mattia's lap.

me : i knew y'all were soulmates. sometimes y'all would tell me what you said to each other like on your arms and they would match, and sometimes y'all act like y'all like each other. i just knew y'all had to be.
dev : well you knew right. i'm very happy with him.
tia : i'm happy too. i do think it's funny it took us so long to find each other though. considering we're always together.
ale : mattia don't you think it's weird that you're dating your sisters best friend?
kai : and emma, don't you think it's weird that you're best friend and brother are dating?
tia : i don't really mind.
me : me neither.
tia : don't take her from me though.
me : um excuse me? she was mine first.
avani : uh don't forget you still have me...
me : oh yeah! you can have her tia.

we all laugh.
