Well here you go guys. It isn't much but I wanted to get an update out there since I haven't for  a while. It's unedited so sorry for any grammar mistakes I'll fix them later.

“She’s so beautiful. Have you told her yet?” I heard muffled whispers and the dinging of plates and glasses, with the smell of fresh tea in the air. I snuggled into my blanket more not wanting to awake just yet to a confusing reality.

“She is isn’t she? No, I just don’t know where to start,” I heard Shirley speak softly.

“She has to know Diana. I mean come on, she has your eyes and definitely your attitude it’s only a matter of time,” the unknown male voice spoke gruffly, banging his cup on the table.

They kept discussing but among other things. I didn’t know how to take it. Somehow I was related to this woman, Diana. I just squeezed my eyes shut tighter the will of just drowning into slumber seemed to be of no profit.

I sighed, giving up I peeked through my eyelashes to see I was lying on a couch facing the opposite direction of Shirley and her little party over there. There was a fire raging in the fire place, a few gold embers escaping here and there. The smell of wood burning reminded me of Anthony and caused a pang in my chest instantly. I wanted to just scream, cry, or just die. I didn’t know what to do with myself; now that I realized he was gone once again, but really what could I expect from him?

I willed myself to sit up my feet touching the warm wooden floor. Now that I got a better look it seemed as though I was in a tree. A tree...Well I’ve woken up to stranger places. I pulled the crochet blanket around my shoulders.

“Ahem,” I heard the man huff, I just growled in response. I was in no mood for an asshole. I turned around to notice that the room was round; like we were in the log of a tree and from the windows I saw willow whips dancing in the moonlight with the glare from the fire shinning off them making it look like fire and ice becoming one.

“Pretty isn’t it,” Shirley said. I turned my focus onto the company. There was more than I had expected. There was a plump old man that reminded me of Santa Claus, who had tattered old leather armor on and rosy cheeks. Then there was Shirley and another two young looking girls, who I suspect are some sort or sprite or fay. The two girls looked like polar opposites though, not just there fashion choices but looks as well. They had the same facial structure just one was white blonde, with sparkling opal eyes, but the other was different. She had dark purple hair with golden eyes. The dark one had an attitude though I could already tell I wanted to bite her head off.

“Hmm, I expected more,” she spoke lazily. I could tell my eye was changing color as I started to shake. My temper was sensitive today and probably will for the next few days. “Aw it looks like the puppy isn’t too fond of me. Well at least my mate doesn’t…” She didn’t even get to finish that sentence. I transformed with a loud roar, my saliva staining her face. I snapped at her but just as I was about to wrench her in my jaws a force stopped me. It literally withheld me from biting down or to even move in general. It gave me a splitting head ache.

“That’s enough you two, there’s no need for fighting,” the little white one said surprisingly softly. She was in between me and who I suspect as her sister. I was still frozen but the little one started to pet me, which at first I was a little pissed off about but then her caress was soft and gentle, making me relax.

The relaxation that took over me from her soft touch made me transform back into my human form. Thankfully she wrapped a blanket around me as I became human so nothing was seen. I wiggled my fingers and toes, happy that I was mobile once again as I held the velveteen blanket to my clad body. Her sister was still in her form frozen and I couldn’t help but smirk at her.

“My name is Abital,” the little one at my right said. She was tiny only coming up to my shoulder, barely might I add, but she was cute and innocent which I knew deep down by just looking into her eyes she wasn’t that.

I nodded and whispered, “Fay”.

She smiled up at me before resting her hand lightly on my shoulder, “Oh I know who you are, and everyone around here knows who you are. I’m so happy that you just are finally here! We’re going to have so much fun,” she piped, jumping up and down all giddy. I awkwardly smiled at her before looking down at my feet.

“Oh now calm down Abital we don’t want to scare her off now, do we? Now Faith take a seat if you please,” Shirley said calmly. I turned my gaze to her and nodded while maneuvering to the table. Abital jumped to sit right next to me. Santa sat across from along with Shirley and another woman who I didn’t take the time to look at.  I was too busy staring at Santa who honestly creeped me out.

He leaned forward onto his forearms that rested on the table while looking at me straight on.

“How much do you know of magic?” I scrunched my nose.

“Excuse me? I’m a wolf and last time I checked I didn’t have any magical abilities despite turning into a huge fucking dog.” The man grunted while sitting back. Thank god, his breath smelt rank.

“Fay don’t be difficult,” Shirley growled, which in turn I rolled my eyes.

“Fay,” the woman that sat next to Shirley murmured. I finally took a chance to glance at her. Oh my god…

The tears start to run down my cheeks involuntarily. My shaky hand found its way to rest upon my mouth. I couldn’t stop staring into those peaceful eyes that I knew oh so very well, but seemed so ancient to me.
