Today is Irie-kun's birthday! Normally we make him a party at home so he can't escape it 🥴 But this year I plan to take him on a beautiful date just like he did to me last year but way better! The first plan is to take him to a brunch so he can't eat whatever breakfast he wants. I'm so excited! It's been so difficult keeping this a secret but I'm proud that he doesn't suspect a thin-
*Irie-kun interrupting my thoughts*
Irie-kun: KOTOKO! Are you even listening to me ??
Kotoko: Huh?! Ahhhh😖I guess not ! I'm sorry Irie-kun I was thinking about something else.
Irie-kun: Are you that spaced out about what you are planning for my birthday ??
Kotoko: HOW DO YOU KNOW THAT IRIE-KUNNNNN!?
*Irie-kun putting his hand over my mouth*
Irie-kun: Shhh!! Kotoko don't scream
Kotoko: Oopss sorry! But how do you know ?!
Irie-kun: Kotoko you talk in your sleep, it was impossible not to find out.
Kotoko: 😭😭after all I worked to keep it a secret.
Irie-kun: It's okay Kotoko , we can still do it ...
Kotoko: Really ?! 🥺
Irie-kun: Yes...
Kotoko: Yayyyy!
After that we went to the brunch place , then we went to the movies which was so romantic 😍 , then to a restaurant and lastly we went to a hotel... I know people will think that I basically did the same as Irie-kun but in my defense mine was wayyy more romantic! The hotel was so beautiful it even had a pool which we will go tomorrow. It's sad that we couldn't bring Kotomi but oba-sama insisted that she wanted to take care of Kotomi so at the end we gave in. Once we got to the hotel room I couldn't hold myself and I ran over and there myself on the bed. Irie-kun looked at me weird but then he laughed because I'd done just that on our honeymoon🥴
Irie-kun: Jajajaja... you gotta be careful when you do that Kotoko , you can get hurt
Kotoko: I know !! But I just NEEDED to do that 🥰 I'm going to change into my pijamas!
I stood up to go over to our suitcase but suddenly Irie-kun stopped me and I was shocked! He looked so hot in that instant that I just froze. He then lifted me up in bridal style and back into the bed.
Kotoko: Irie-kun!
Irie-kun looked at me with so much love and said:
Irie-kun: Everything was perfect Kotoko, the brunch place , movies , restaurant , even this amazing hotel. I'm thankful that you are my wife because you always keep me on my toes. There is not one day that I regret my decision of marrying you. I'm not an expressive person but you are the only one that can get me to say all kinds of sappy things... I love you Kotoko
Kotoko: I love you too Irie-kunnnnn ! HAPPY BIRTHDAY 😘
That night was amazing and the other day was even better. We woke up at 9 am and went for breakfast , then we went back up to our room and changed into our swimsuits so we could go to the pool.
Irie-kun: Kotoko...😳isn't that a bit too revealing??
Kotoko: No!! It's perfect ! Satomi gave it to me as a "going back to work" present 🥰 she said it's really in style these days !
Irie-kun: whatever you say 😂come on! Let's go. People are gonna get all the seats if we don't hurry up!
Kotoko: Haiii!
Soo we went to the pool and it was actually not even full. There were like 6 people only which was amazing because we got good seats and it felt like we had our own secluded part of the pool. I never thought Irie-kun would have been as happy as he is right now about what I planned for his birthday which makes me feel so good 🥺 He was laughing and joking like a little boy. Don't get me wrong , Irie-kun does laugh and joke but it's mostly when it's just me and him on our room or to Kotomi. He usually doesn't act like this in front of everyone which is why so many people question how he and I are married🤣 Everytime somebody asks how did we even fall in love, I just have to laugh and I can't help feeling lucky because I get to see some parts of Irie-kun that he doesn't trust everybody to know about him. I just love him and I know that he loves me🥰 Of course he loves Kotomi too!! In fact you could tell all the way from Neptune how much Irie-kun lives Kotomi. He's always smiling around her🥰 The other day he even asked me what I thought about having another baby 😳 I love the idea of having another baby but so soon ?! It felt like I gave birth to Kotomi yesterday !! 🤣
