Greetings!

We are delighted to tell you that you have successfully completed The Voice Magazine's Creative Writing Training that happens every 5 years. You have shown a great performance during the whole duration of the training and have excellently produced works which benefitted the magazine.

With that being said, we would like to congratulate you for this success! The magazine has seen and evaluated your performance and we are pleased to tell you that your are qualified to work as a full time assistant writer. You are asked to report on July 3, Monday to discuss further the details about your employment.

Regarding the Certificate of Completion, it will be given to you on July 5 as the whole team will hold a program as a celebration for the conclusion of the training. Awards and certificates will be given to those who have shown excellent performance during the training. Your presence is highly requested in the event.
