Interest In A Malfoy (Draco Malfoy x Reader)

Leaving Hogwarts

      Time had gone by quickly. It was already Christmas time. Everyone was leaving for the holidays. I had already packed all my stuff and headed to the common room while I waited for Pansy to finish packing. "(y/n)!" a familiar voice yelled. You already recognized the voice, your first guess was Draco. You looked behind you, and you were right, it was Draco. 

"Hello Draco" You said with a big smile across your face.

"You're leaving Hogwarts as well?" He asked.

"Yes, of course I am. I didn't have a choice anyway" You said looking down at the floor.

"What do you mean you didn't have a choice?" 

"Didn't your parents tell you?" 

"Uh sorry, I'm not sure I know what you're talking about"

"Our parents used to be friends, and they still are, after I had told them that I had become your friend-" You said before Draco interrupted.

"You mentioned me to your parents? I feel honored." He said with a smirk. You grabbed your book and slammed it against his head.

"Don't interrupt a Vexmore, now, as I was saying. After I told them about you, they said that they had already made plans to go to the Malfoy Manor this Christmas." You said.

"Well sorry to break it to you, but Christmas is not as fun over there." He said giving you a face of disappointment. 

"I didn't want to go to your house anyway" You said. I mean it was true, you didn't want to be in front of a ex- death eater. Lucius always scared you anyway. And also, it would be awkward staying at the Malfoy Manor for a day.

"Why not?" He asked.

"I prefer the comfort of my own home" You said with a sarcastic smile.

"I can't judge you on that, I'd prefer my own home as well" he said with a smile.

     You both exchanged smiles and then you heard your name. "(Y/n)!" yelled Pansy. You look over to Pansy and notice a big smile on her face as she fast walks over to you.

"Hey Pansy" said Draco with a smile and his face turning red. Did he like her? Or was he just nervous? Ah, it doesn't matter. I don't like him like that anyway.

"Are we ready to go now? Pansy asked. You look over to Draco for reassurance, and then you look over to Pansy.

"Yes, I think we are" You say.

     You, Pansy, Draco, Crabbe, and Goyle head over to the train. All five of you find a compartment to sit in. Draco walked in first with Crabbe and Goyle following. Before Pansy walked in, you grabbed her by the shoulder and told her quietly:

"We should act as if it were the first day" you told her, expecting her to know what you were talking about. Pansy looked at you in confusion and then it hit her, she smiled and nodded.

"Hello boys" Pansy said. "My friend and I are looking for a place to sit. Do you mind if we take a seat in here?" Pansy said with a serious look on her face. It literally seemed like the first day from when they were on the train. Draco looked at Pansy with a confused mixed with a disgusted look on his face. Then he looked over to you. You were smiling showing that this wasn't serious. Then he remembered from when Pansy asked this the first day to Hogwarts. 

"Sure" he said, he then looked at you and smiled. You sat down across from him and he said "I must never deny a Vexmore" you looked at him and you both started laughing. You were going to miss this...everything. The feeling of waking up and eating the delicious Hogwarts food. Learning magic and potions. Riding on your broomstick for flying class and hearing Pansy's and Draco's voice. You were also going to miss avoiding all the mud-bloods. I mean yeah, you were only going away for the Holidays, but you always preferred Hogwarts over the Vexmore Mansion.
