Christmas At The Malfoys

       Today is the day. Today you go to the Malfoy Manor for Christmas. You got up and got dressed for breakfast. You went into the dining room and ate some eggs and a cookie quickly. You wanted to open your Christmas presents already. After your breakfast you went up to your room. Christmas with The Vexmores was really odd. You didn't go to the living room to open presents, you would open your presents, alone with no one around, in your room. It was sad how different things were at The Vexmore Mansion. It was basically illegal to be a normal family in the mansion. You wondered if the Malfoys were any better...

        You went to your room, took Moon out of her cage and placed her on a perch right next to your presents. Ever since you were a tiny girl, you liked opening presents with Moon. Your parents raised Moon as a baby, that way the two of you could grow up together. You reached for the first present, ripped the wrapping off and opened up the box, it was a beautiful diamond necklace, you placed it on your desk, hoping not to lose it. Then you opened the next, it was a small toy for Moon, even though she never liked toys, she always appreciated them. You reached for another, and another, and another. There were like 20 presents, and they were all mostly fancy shoes, expensive clothing and jewelry. 

        You stood back up, and started putting all your presents away in their proper places. Then you saw the bracelet from the other day. You grabbed the letter that was attached to it. It said "Draco" on the front. You quickly opened up the envelope and read the letter:

"Is he serious!?" You yelled out. "Seventeen letters and all he says is 'I hope you like it' UGH! That stupid boy!"

"What's wrong?" Your mother asked.

"Nothing, I'm just stressed for today" You say sitting up quickly.

"Okay, well I- ...uh- got a present at the door today" Your mother says.

"From who" You ask while scratching your eyebrow.

"Well, that's the thing. It doesn't say from who, so be careful on opening this present, it can be dangerous." Your mother says as she walks out the room.

You sit on your floor, placing the gift right in front of you. It had messy, red wrapping all over it with tape scattered everywhere. You carefully rip open the present, and open up the box. And BOOM! Confetti flew everywhere, you started laughing and smiling with joy. That was the first time in a while that you had laughed and smiled without faking it in your house. You quickly check the box and notice a sweater with (THE FIRST LETTER OF YOUR FIRST NAME) on it. You studied it, wondering who would have sent this to you. You loved the sweater though, it was very different from all your expensive clothing. Then something startled you. You heard a knock on your window, you looked over and saw two identical red heads.

"The twins" You whispered to yourself, smiling of happiness. You ran to the door and locked it. You then opened your window, letting the twins inside. 

"Hello (Y/n)!" They both said at the same time.

"SHH! Keep your voices down. Any Weasley is considered illegal in this house" You looked at them with an angry face. Then you couldn't help but laugh, and then you hugged both of them tightly. You missed having friends around.
