Her phone rang ruining the comfortable silence that fell between us and she looked at it confused, shock registering on her face as she looked at the caller I.D

She picked it up and pressed it to her ear.

"Hello? " she asked her tone soft. Her expression dropped slightly as she listened.

"Raymond!! " She said. Her face s crunching up and a frown planted on he very kissable lips.

I shook my head trying to rid it of every thought I had of her, naked and spiralled out on my bed.

Warmth rose to my cheeks once again and she glanced at me.

"I'm on my way" she said and cut the call looking agitated, frustrated and tired.

"Something important." I asked. She nodded a small smile on he face as if to say she's sorry.

I found it weird that while I hid from her before I suddenly wanted to hang out with the blond, who I'd developed a certain fondness of.

"I'll drop you of" she said. I gave her a wary glance looking at her short figure.

"Do you even have a driver's licence? " she gave me a look stating that something was wrong with me.

"I don't think in this current day or age, teenager drive car with licence. Even fifteen year old drives" she cried out a disapproving frown on her lips."live a little would yeah? "

I didn't mention how I'd lived and died and now I'm comfortable with my boring life. Instead I stared at the girl whom I may be developing a crush on

I hesitated. My options were to walk home and risk being mugged on the twenty minute walk or go for a drive with her. "Ok"

"Come on let's go" she said and started walking. Her car was parked a considerable far distance from the house. She lead the way to her black convertible and we both got in, strapping our seatbelts before she started the engine.

Maybe she was a bit more than rich I thought seeing that she drove a motorcycle to school... most of the days.

"Do you even know my address? " I asked glancing at her. The way her brows furrowed both in frustration and concentration and th light freckles that I found recently splattered across her nose making he look cute.

She let out a very un-girly like snort and turned to glance at me.

"I have my ways" she said. The frustration that was once there was replaced with amusement.

Deep within me I felt glad I was able to change her mood.

She stopped in front of the house, my dad's car parked in the driveway.

"See you later. "

"Preferably not" I retorted, actually praying in my heart that i would. Suddenly tye weekend which I always thought was short became to long.

She glanced at me as I unbuckled my seat belt and came down from the car and gave me a small wave before driving away.

I entered the house and was bombarded  by my mom.

"Who is that, its been long since I've seen you with friends, is it a boy or girl, invite-"

"Liz leave him alone he looks tired. " my dad interjected. She pouted and turned away.

"Dinners in the microwave"

I sat on my normal seat in class watching the clock.

A few minutes into the lesson and they still hadn't been any sign of Jade.

Third period was already going by and Jade hadn't made an appearance in any class.

I rubbed my temple trying hard not to think about the Blonde.

I sat through the rest of the class as in silent. Immediately the bell rang I made my way to the library in search of Jade, then to the front desk.

"Hi Miss Massie" I greeted the receptionist. She was one if the few people who still helped me after the accident.

"Andrew, hey. How can I help? "
She asked a kind smile playing on he lips which I returned automatically.

"I'm looking for Jade Collins " i noticed her lips tugged down a bit at the mention of Jade's name.

"Gimme a sec" she said and typed on the keyboard.

"Here's her contact information. She isn't gonna show today due to family emergency" she said. I looked at the slip containing her name, age, date of birth, number and adress.

"Thanks Masie"

"No problem Andrew" once again she gave me a smile brightening up her face. I smiled back and walked to my locker to get the next books before class.

I opened my locker after a few unsuccessful attempts just for it to be slammed back.

"Where's your little girlfriend? " Blake growled. His nice was still a slight shade of purple. She had definitely broken his nose.

"She's not my girlfriend. " I mumbled. He hit his fist on my locker and glared at me.

"Where is she? " he said hus viice low and anger blazing in his eyes but he was nothing compared to when Jade was angry.

"She isn't coming today" him replied curtly or as polite as I could be seeing I actually had to grit the words out. He raised his fist to hit me and I closed my eyes waiting for a blow that never came.

I peeked, slowly opening my eyes to see his hand held back.

"Hey, I'm the substitute teacher. " the man holding his hand said. He had black hair and blue eyes which seemed a bit to familiar for me. I could see some girls swooning over his looks from the corner of my eyes as a crowd ad already began to form.

"Let me go dude" Blake said trying to wriggle his hand from his strong grip.

"I wouldn't do that if I were you" the sub said grinning.

All of a sudden a scream was heard from Blake's mouth as the sub let him go. He clutched his hand to his chest.

"What's going on here? "Principal Barnes asked as he pushed through and entered the small circles.

"This a bastard hurt me" Blake cried out as he glared at the sub, who was grinning at me.

Principal Barnes turned to look at the sub, his face red with anger. His expression dropped when he saw the man.

"Oops "the sub said with an amused expression that strangely seemed familiar.

"Raymond " Mr Barnes said. The sub, otherwise known as Raymond smiled. My brain began trying to remember where I'd heard the name before.

"Yes Mr Barnes " he asked in an innocent tone. His gaze scrutinizing  him.

"Sorry for the inconvenience " he apologized. My jaw dropped as I looked at our principal who didn't seem comfortable at all under the watchful eyes of Raymond.

"No probs, every one dismissed. " he said and waved the crowd away. I turned around about to follow them when a hand on my shoulder stopped me.

"I could go gay for you" Raymond said waggling his eyebrows.

His speech reminded me of someone along with his amused expression.

"Sir I have to get to class" I said. He glanced at me lazily before giving me an outstretched hand to shake.

"My name is Raymond Collins" he said with a wide toothy grin.

The name ounded oddly familiar and I blinked coming onto realization.

"Your Jade's older brother? " I asked. His only reply was a chesire grin making my brows furrow in confusion .

"Come to the maths class after School. Bye" he said and strolled of, waving his hand lazily as if to say good bye.
