ANDREA P.O.V
Its early January and my mom and I are about to leave our house in Indiana and head up to California, our new home.... Wow, that sounded weird.
We were bringing almost everything, even our two dogs, Smokey and Lacey.
I was really excited. Before we left I threw on my clothes that I had ready the night before, a pair of grey sweats, a black tank top, my biggest blue hoodie and my white low top converse. I threw my hair in a messy bun and put on my glasses. I headed downstairs with my 4 suitcases and bags.

"You ready Andrea?" My mom shouted.
"Yeah I'm just trying to get down the stai-" I was cut off when I went over my ankle and fell down the last 3 steps.
"OWWWWW..."
"Oh god Andrea, you okay?" My mom ran over to me from the hallway.
"Yeah, yeah I think so... My ankle just really hurts.." I was in agony.
"Okay I'll take your stuff out to the car and then I'll come back and help you out okay? Why did you try and bring down all your suitcases at once!?" She said, sounding concerned.
I was pretty sure my ankle was twisted or sprained or something. My mom came back in, I put my arm around her shoulder and she helped me out to the car while I was limping at her side.
She then ran in to get me a frozen ice pack for my ankle. She locked the house door and we said our goodbyes.
Our house was going to be rented out yearly by tenants whilst we live in California.

I was asleep for most of the journey, imagining meeting my new family and especially Kian. It's just such a pain now that I've hurt my ankle, typical me.....

We'd been in the car for hours now and I was half asleep. Smokey and Lacey were in our large boot, snoring. They can sleep through anything.
"Andrea sweetie, we're here!" Chimed in my mom.
I snapped into reality and looked out the window, and there was a huge house in front of us. It looked pretty amazing and I'm not gonna lie, I got a shiver of excitement.

We went to the door,(well I limped) with all our hundreds of bags behind us, our two huge dogs, and rang the doorbell. I was sick with nervousness yet excited.
Peter answered.
"Come on in, my girls!" He said welcoming us in.
"Andrea, take a seat at the counter here, you must meet my kids,"
I hopped to the chair, trying to look normal.
"Kian! Izzi!"
With that, they came down the stairs.

Ooooh, cliffhanger. The next chapter will be Kian's point of view. Keep reading to find out!
