Chapter 4

KIAN P.O.V
I heard my dad shouting at me and Iz to get downstairs.. Faintly. I checked my phone and it was 11:57. How could I sleep in this late?

Then I remembered. Today Jaqui and her daughter Andrea were officially coming! "What the fuck..." I said out loud. This has come so quick already, and honestly, I was nervous.
I got up and shouted "Coming!" I took a look in the mirror. Considering I had just got up, let's just say I looked like a hobo who lives in a bush. My hair was a mess, I hadn't shaved and I hadn't showered in two days.... All I've done is stay in my room and ordered takeout since the O2L party two nights ago.
I quickly splashed some water on my face, sprayed on some deodorant and managed to get down the stairs the second time my dad had to call.

Izzi and I walked down, me behind her. We entered the kitchen. I was greeted by the smell of pancakes and bacon, mmmmm.... My favourite.

Then I looked at Andrea. She had big brown/hazel eyes, I had never seen eyes like hers. We held eye contact for longer than five seconds until she looked away. It was weird but.... I liked it..

Izzi hugged Jaqui and then moved down to Andrea sitting on a chair at the counter and gave her a hug. Why wasn't she standing up?
"Sorry, this morning I fell down the stairs so I can't really walk right now," she explained while Izzi hugged her.
I went and greeted Jaqui with a hug.

Izzi and Andrea were chatting to each other and I was grabbing some pancakes. I wanted Izzi to stop talking to her so I could introduce myself....
Just then, my phone went off. It was a message from Taylor.

Tay: We still on for tonight?

I ignored it for now. I was too busy.
I was watching Andrea and Izzi talking while munching on my pancake, and my dad and Jaqui were beside me being excited and getting their own breakfast. Izzi's back was to me and I could tell Andrea could see me looking at her from the corner of her eye. I stopped then, I didn't want her to think I'm weird or anything...
Finally Izzi walked to the counter and I put a pancake, syrup and bacon on a plate and walked over.

ANDREA P.O.V
I looked at Kian coming into the kitchen. He looked tired and messy, but in a good way. He has an amazing jawline... He looked so.... Hot. He looked at me. We held eye contact for more than FIVE SECONDS. It got too awkward so I looked away, but I really didn't want to.....

Izzi introduced herself to me first, and she was so lovely. We talked for a bit about school and what California's like, and good places to go. She told me we could go roller skating when my ankle gets better. I could feel Kian looking at us when we were talking, I'm not sure why. She eventually walked away and got her breakfast... God I really wanted some, it smelt so good.

Oh god, Kian was coming over here right now. It looked like he has breakfast for me. I tried to act natural and pretend I didn't know he was coming.
"Hey," I heard a voice from beside me.
I looked up and saw Kian smiling and he handed me the plate in his hand.
"There you go, pancakes," he said.
"Thank you," I said, and smiled at him.
He sat on the chair next to me.
"So are you excited to move here to California?" He asked, trying to make conversation.
"Yes, very, a lot of my friends from YouTube moved here too so I'll be okay," I said. Our eyes met then.
"I've watched your videos," he said, his eyes still focused on mine.
"Yeah, I've seen a few of yours too." I said, not even concentrating. I looked away again and smiled. I didn't even mean to smile...

KIAN P.O.V
She looked away again and smiled. She had such a cute smile.
Wait... What am I doing, I can't think she's cute, I have a girlfriend. If Taylor even saw me right now she'd freak.
"I gotta go have a shower, hope you enjoy your breakfast," I said quickly as I got up from the chair and headed towards the stairs.
She looked kind of disappointed, like she didn't wanna stop talking.
"Okay, thank you Kian," she replied happily.

God. I really wanna get to know her.
