Dalia woke up after Lydia, as usual. "Hey." "Hey," Lydia said happily surprising Dalia. "Um, what's with the change of mood? Not that it's not a good thing, but..."
Lydia smiled. "I reflected and realized that JJ's a good guy and stuff, but I mean I knew it'd end at one point. It's not like we were going to last that long or get married or something. Why cry and cry over a guy who I knew wasn't going to be around long anyway? Plus, you were right. I am a bad bitch."
Dalia laughed. "Yes! Yes! Yes!" Dalia yelled jumping up and hugging her friends knocking them over.
A knock was heard from the door. "Come in," Lydia said. "Breakfast, girls! Waffles and fruit." The girls jumped up to go eat.

"Hey, bitches," Dalia greeted her Dad, brother, and sister. "Language," Billy reminded her. "You got here at a good time. Sit," Billy instructed.
"Is this about mom?" "Is she not visiting aunt Naomi back east?" "Nope. She is," Billy answered the eager kids. "Wait. So did you guys decide to call off the separation or something?" Dalia asked.
"No. We haven't. Look, why don't you guys stop trying to guess and just let me have my turn? Can I speak, please?" "Sorry."
"All right. Now, if there's one thing that I learned from family therapy, it's that we need to create some new memories, so since I have you both to myself this weekend, I thought we'd start today. How about a movie, dinner afterwards? What do you say?" Billy asked.
"Um, yeah, sorry, dad. I got to take a rain check. I already made plans with Asher. But next time for sure," Liv said disheartening her Dad. "Okay. Have fun."
"Asher? Are they a thing?" Billy asked his two other children. "Oh, yeah. Pet names, PDA, heart emojis. It's gross," Jordan told him. Dalia lightly hit his bicep with her hand. "Shut up," she said.
"Huh. Okay. Well, I guess that leaves us three." "Ah, I'm, uh, sorry. Sorry. I'm actually helping JJ mentor young kids today at his church," Jordan said.
"JJ goes to church? Our JJ?" Billy asked surprised. "Yeah. He's a youth leader." "He's also a dick," Dalia said. "He broke up with Lydia, because he 'didn't have feelings for her anymore'," she rolled her eyes.
"Huh. Those poor kids. I mean, uh, God bless him. Right," Billy said. "Um, I got you on the next one, though," Jordan told his dad. "Yeah, man." "All right? Cool."
Dalia couldn't help but notice the sad expression on her dads face. When Jordan walked out Billy looked at her not wanting to have too much hope. "And then there were two!" Dalia said. "So what are we doing, Dad? Just like old times. You and me." Billy got a grin on his face happy his daughter was sticking around.
"You and me, baby," Billy said telling her to get ready for the movie and lunch instead of dinner, so they could go out earlier.
