Please, if I make you sad... I'm sorry. Just a little warning. Also this is mainly the end of the war, it's bloody and full of death, if you don't want to read it, scroll all the way down and read a bolded summary. Also this is the only chapter that will be full of unsatisfactory death.

—————Poseidon POV

The demigods fought bravely. We worked with our children, Greek and Roman. The enemy was falling, in the center of the battle was my son, the great Hero of Olympus, and his girlfriend, Annabeth, another Hero.

They fought with power and devotion, nothing would stand against them. I fought with Leo and his dragon, we were killing a giant. It was easy enough. He was a very funny kid and powerful as well. He reminded me on Percy and I smiled. Hephaestus also had a very good child.

The giant hollered in pain as Leo caught his hair in fire. I raised my trident and stabbed at him. He swiveled his sword and barely blocked the blow. It slid off the blade and dug into the giants arm. I yanked it out as the yiant swung his sword at me, I ducked. Leo jumped up and wrapped his arms around the giant neck. He caught on fire.

"Does someone need a hug?" He yelled. His dragon leaped onto the giant's back and the giant fell over. Leo jumped off as the giant and dragon fell to the ground. I advanced.

"Cool him down Percy's dadda P!" Leo yelled.

Where does he come up with these things? I pulled water from the stream and enveloped ghe giant in it. It left it there and moved on, knowing the dragon would hold the giant in place until he returned to Tartarus.

Me and Leo ran towards a group of monsters that was closing in on a smaller group of demigods.

"Here comes a flamin' hot Mc'Shizzle for ya!" Leo cried as he caught on fire once more.

We charged and I lost sight of him for a moment. He could take care of himself. I stabbed through a hellhound and flung it at a dracaena. It screamed when it saw it  and the hellhound exploded into golden dust before it made contact. The dracaena hissed as the dust got in it's eyes and I smashed the end of the Trident into it's head. It exploded into dust as well.

I heard a familiar voice as it cried out in pain. I turned and saw the ground swallow Leo's body, it left his shoulders and head. This was the work of Gaea.

I ran to him, but a hellhound stepped from the shadows and it pounced. I yelled and threw my Trident.  It hit the hellhound in the back and it was gone.

I slid next to Leo, but he was gone. The hellhound had killed him, the bottom of his face was shredded and the physician's cure that was to be his cure, would never make save him, the entry point was gone. He stared blankly into the sky, the mischievous fire in his eyes had faded. They were dull and lifeless.

My trident formed in my hands again. I turned back to the battle angrily and saddened by the loss of one of the seven. I looked to Zeus who stood over his son, Jason and his girlfriend, Piper. A spear protruded from his back and into hers. He must have stood in the way, to save her, but in the end, the spear was the deadly fate of them both.

I looked to Perseus and he and Annabeth stood tall and proud, they battled with Gaea. A primordial that they shouldn't be able to stand against, but they did. Gaea could never defeat them together, they went to Tartarus and back. She was nothing compared to that.

I looked for the others, Frank and Hazel. I found Hazel. She and Nico fought with Hades. Nico stepped into a shadow and reappeared behind Hazel. A hellhound jumped at her and she turned, too slow. The hellhound grappled and Nico grabbed her shoulders and stepped into the shadows.
