Here we go!
————Jack POV
I was freezing a lake when it happened, the water in the lake rose up, as if in defense against the cold. I stepped back and watched as it rose into the sky, a large tendril of cold water.
Then it pulled apart into the air, thinner and thinner until there was none left. The lake was empty. The kids had been wanting to go ice skating, now I would have to tell them they couldn't. It was sad, but the disappearance of the water was more important.
I needed to tell the rest of the Guardians.
————Percy POV
The water was warm, it was nice. Like I could lay here for the rest of eternity, but something told me to get up.
I rose, my front half breached the water's surface and I looked into the darkened sky. The moon shone brightly, brighter than it ever had before, but how would I know that? I couldn't remember the moon from before.
I couldn't remember anything. I couldn't remember who I was or where I was or what happened to lead me here.
You are Percy Tide.
Well, that solves my name, but not much else.
"Where am I?" I called out. I stood up and looked at the moon.
It didn't answer.
"Hello? I don't remember!" It didn't answer. Though, I knew it heard me.
"Please?" I called out.
"Please?" I whispered.
————Santa
"Santa!" Jack called out, running into the room.
"What is it?" I asked.
"Summon the Guardians, something happened." Uh oh.
"Is it Pitch? There have been a few lost lights recently an-" He cut me off.
"No! Maybe.... I don't know! There was this lake I was freezing so some kids could go skating and then all the water rose up and started evaporating. Then it was gone." He said.
I frowned who would have the ability to make water disappeared. Jack could only change it's form and make it in a colder form.
"What is it?" Bunnymund popped out a hole in the ground.
"Jack found something." I explained.
Tooth and Sandy walked in.
"Jack explain." Bunnymund demanded.
"Ok, so I was freezing a lake for these kids, because they wanted to go ice skating. Then all the water rose up and it started to spread out and disappear. Then all the water was gone." That is very weird.
"But who could control that?" I asked.
A four leaf clover popped up over Sandys head. Then a rainbow and a waterfall.
"That is right, but he can only create mist, he can barely manipulate the rain to make rainbows. He couldn't have done this." Tooth said.
She was right, but the Leprechaun was selfish enough to steal a lake. Maybe he was trying to scare us because I flew through one of his rainbows last Christmas at dawn, on my way back to the pole.
We were all frowning and thinking.
"Jack, could you tell us where this pond is?" Bunnymund asked.
He nodded and told us. A big hole popped up next to us and we all jumped in. I would have rathered take the sled, but this was faster and I didn't want to miss anything.
