I woke up satisfied. I looked over at Jayden. I smiled. I couldn't believe we did it. I got up realising I was still naked. I yawned and picked up my underwear and a large t-shirt I slipped it on. I walked to my bathroom. My hair was scattered and messy. I yawned again and brushed through my hair. I felt warm arms snake around me.
I turned around. Jayden smiled down at me. I stood on my tiptoes and kissed his cheek. He let me go and walked away. That was weird. I decided I'd go out for a run today being trapped in darkness wasn't fun and my wolf side needed out. I walked by Jayden without saying bye. I walked towards the woods. I shifted and ran through the woods.
He wouldn't be happy but I didn't care. Something was wrong. I fell suddenly unable to hold my weight. I felt something strange move inside me. I got up and started walking again. I fell again hitting the ground. I turned and walked slowly back to the pack house. What was wrong with me?
It took my half an hour to get back. I shifted and fell again. Tears clouded my eyes. I got up and staggered back to my room.
"Where the hell have you been?!" Jayden screamed. I got such a fright I banged against the door. He walked straight to me. "Where the hell were you?" I stared at him.
"Out for a run." I said.
"What?" he said bye pinned me to the wall.
"No you can't go out a run not without me." I shook my head.
"You don't control me." I said calmly.
"You're mine. I control what's mine," why was he acting like this?I just rolled my eyes and pushed him away. He grabbed my wrist.
"Don't you dare." I frowned at him.
"Let me go." I said. He just tightened his grip on me. I tried to pull away again but he wasn't for it. "Jayden what the hell is wrong with you?" I said. He let me go and stormed out the room. I stared after him.Jayden
Something was wrong with her. I could feel it. She was different. What was wrong with me? I could have hurt her. I leaned against the wall and shook my head. I felt a hand on my shoulder. I turned Roseanne stood behind me smiling. I held her in my arms.
"I'm sorry." I whispered into her hair.
"Can I tell you something?" I nodded. She pulled me back into the room."Well today when I went for a run I could stay standing for very long I kept falling I could run. Whenever I fell I felt something move inside me." I raised my eyebrows. She just shrugged. "I'm telling the truth."
"I know." I said. I wasn't lying something was wrong with her. "Give it another few days and I'm sure you'll be fine." I said.
"Yeah," she muttered. She groaned and held her stomach falling off the bed.I helped her to her feet. She gripped my shoulders for balance. She lets out another cry. I hold her. She tried to stand on her own but she just crumbles back into my arms.
"It's OK." I said holding her up.
"I need to eat," she said. I wrapped my arm around her waist and helped her to the kitchen."Jayden,"she said when I sat her down.
"Yeah." I said.
"What happened to Christina?" I swallowed.
"I... um... kill her." I said. She just shrugged.
"Good," she said.I made her some pancakes. She are like she'd never seen food before. She clutched her stomach and ran to the bathroom. She started throwing up. I hated sick. I stood behind her holding my nose. She stood up and fell into my arms. Tears fill in her eyes.
I held her in my arms cradling her. She sobbed quietly into my chest.
"We need to take you to the hospital." I said.
"No. No I'm fine. It's probably because of the coma," she said.
"No come on." I said pulling her.
"No! No I'm fine!" she falls to her knees.
"Roseanne what's wrong?" I said.
"Please give me a few more days then I'll go to the doctors." I sighed.
"Fine." I said. She smiled with relief.----------------------------------------------
Roseanne
I rolled over in my bed. Jayden was asleep beside me. I've been feeling pretty crap all day. I didn't want to go to the doctors. I hated the sight of the hospital. Jayden promised me a few more days. I couldn't sleep. I still had the strange feeling inside me like something was moving. I groaned and rolled over again. I fell out the bed and hit the floor. I let out a cry.
"Roseanne." I heard a voice say but it was too late the darkness was descending.
I opened my eyes slowly. My vision was too blury to properly see. I sat up but my back hurt too much so I flopped down on the bed again. the morning light streamed in through the curtains. Jayden wasn't beside me. There were loud voices outside.
"She doesn't want to go to the hospital," a male husky voice said.
"Well she has to get checked out," a quiet female voice replied.
"No Maria give her a few days." I knew who it was then it was Jayden and Maria.
"Fine one more day if she stays like this you have to bring her to the hospital." Maria said.
I sighed and leaned against the door. There was no escaping going back to the hospital. No escaping the memory of hearing Jayden crying but not being able to move or comfort him. The doorknob turns and I jump onto the bed and close me eyes.
I felt the bed dip as he sat down on the bed. He ran his hand up my arm and leaned over and kissed me. I opened my eyes.
"Morning." I said sitting up. He just smiled and turned away. I bit my lip and went into the bathroom. I locked the door. Pain was running through my body. I fell to my knees. I heard a cry and something smash.I couldn't hold back my tears anymore. I leaned my forehead on the wall. The pain gripped me and it wouldn't let me go. I clamped my hand over my mouth to muffle my sobs. I washed my dash and brushed my teeth. I tried to keep the grimace from my face.
I opened the door. Jayden was sitting on the bed curled up. The mirror was smashed to pieces. I stared at him his eyes were red and bloodshot. I ran over to him. I knelt in font of him on the bedroom.
"Jayden." I said. He growled and pushed me away. "Jayden." I said again.
"Go away," he snarled. Tears filled my eyes. I stood up and shook my head walking out the room.Something moved in me again. I gritted my teeth. God when was this going to stop. I walked down the hallway. Alexandra was in front of me when I finally looked up. I fell against her.
"Hey it's OK," she said.
"He told me to go away." I said.
"Come on," she pulled me gently to her room.Lyra was sitting on the bed. She ran up to me hugging me.
"How did you know?" I said.
"I heard him." Alexandra shrugged. I sat on the bed. I walked over to the bathroom. The first thing I see is tampons."Oh no."
