Do you see what I see?
Do you feel what I feel?
As if you've reached some higher plane of existence
Through your misery
The truth you crave
Preaching lies and deceit
As if morality
Is a cloistered dagger
Biding to strike you
Enlightenment you seek
Through a path that you tread
Yet you bemoan
The life that you chose
The meaning of life you discovered
Still lies shrouded in mystery
As if we are not worthy
Of the truth that you find so profound
You say you are not feeble
Yet your weakness is revealed
Contradiction, fogs your mind
Obscured reality, you shall find
On superstition you feed
As your apocryphal wisdom thrives
A cult is born, consuming your lies
Spiritual your tongue, yet it reeks of ignorance
Forlorn your attempt,
To become a myth in the world of man
As if there's some deeper meaning
To a fragile life
The Philosopher
You know so much
And yet you know
Nothing at all
