Izuku POV:

"Get ready Izuku, here I come!" - Edgeshot

Immediately edgeshot changed form into a thin strip and headed at blinding speed towards me, projecting his bloodlust at me. From what I know of his quirk foldabody, he can flatten himself or thin himself out, but at least one part must always stay the same. So if he had to go through the crack in a doorframe he must leave something normal, like a toe and then change it when he's through the door. 

But that doesn't exactly help me, I can't fatally damage a toe after all, and this isn't a video game where I can slash the air and create an air blade. Air bullets are only possible because it's a palm that catches the air and pushed it at incredible speeds, there is no way that I know of to create air blades, so all i have is blunt force. However... I have a plan. When he pierces me with his body, i'll increase the gravity.

I already turned it off because 24x gravity would crush him and most people, but once he pierces me, i'll turn it on to 6x gravity. Just enough to keep him completely immobile but not kill him.

I had all those thoughts before the match started, but now it's show time. The thin strip that is his upper body went straight for me. I held my position not moving. He doesn't know what's going on around him when his head is also a thin strip, but it would have surprised him had he known. He immediately pierced my chest, slowing down immensely upon contact with my muscles. However from his thrust he had enough momentum to pierce in a few millimetres into my aorta.

My muscels are so dense he moved at a snails pace, but he doesn't have the luxury of moving back out as I clenched all my chest muscles hard, effectively trapping him. I can feel him cutting through, ah the pain... so good, but I can't rest just yet!

I immediately turned the gravity on 6x as I had planned and he immediately have to a halt. I waited, and waited. I know he's not knocked out as I can still feel him trying to move, it's a strange feeling, but he's trapped. my muscles and bones are too dense for him to cut through even if he turns into a blade with the help of the gravity, so all I is wait.

About 60 seconds later, his feet which are still on the ground tap 3 times, signalling his surrender. I unclenched my muscles and turn off the gravity, allowing him to leave my body. As soon as he does, a thin trickle of blood leaks out my the wound was so incredibly thin it healed almost immediately. Wow... even going into the aorta directly is still possible for him without killing someone... incredible.

The thin line that was his head and torse sprang back to his legs and he reappeared, panting for breath. I smile at him smugly.

"What do you think of my strategy? Pretty good right?" - Izuku

"How... how are you muscles so dense. Even your aorta was dozens of times stronger than it should've been... And that weight... what was that?" - Edgeshot

"Well, it's not just my muscles, every part of my body is extremely dense and strong. And that weight, it was these." - Izuku

I pulled up my sleeves and showed my armbands. They're both about 4cm wide and on my bicep, also stretchy so there's no risk.

"Those are?" - Edgeshot

"Gravity manipulators. Each one can increase gravity up to four times normal gravity, and they multiply. I turned two of them on at 3x and 2x for a total of 6x gravity, effectively making you immobile. Neat right?" - Izuku

"So you did manage to get support gear from UA huh... but wait... how were you able to withstand 6x gravity then?" - Edgeshot

"I thought it was obvious. The entire time we've been here, i've had them on. Our previous fight without the use of your quirk I had measured your strength and set them to have 24 times normal gravity in order to match my speed with yours. That's why that knee I gave you was too strong. I accidentally forgot that my knee was 24 times heavier than it would've been otherwise." - Izuku
