The EMT's came inside the shumates house. Anna still passed out and seizing on the floor. They immediately took Anna away in a stretcher. Ag and Ms. Shumate went in the ambulance with Anna.

"She has low BPM and a high temperature of 103.6." the EMT said.

"Hi, I'm Charlie, I will be helping your daughter today."

Ag and Ms. Shumate were both crying holding annas hand as she was still unconscious.

"What happened to her sir?" Ag said crying.

"It looks like she had a very bad heat stroke. Her temperature currently rising at 105.7." Charlie said.

"Her heart rate is very very low. Which means she could have bradycardia. This is a sudden heart condition where the blood from the brain doesn't get to the heart. So we are talking if she even wakes up. She could not remember either of you or She could be brain dead, when someone is brain dead the blood is getting to the heart but not the brain." Charlie said.

"Is there a possibility that she would be completely fine?" Ag said.

"It would have to be a miracle if she was perfectly ok after this." Charlie said.

They got to the ER. Anna still unconscious.

"Talk to me Charlie." Dr. Howard said.

"The blood from her brain isn't going to her heart sir. She collapsed and started seizing. Low BPM and high temperature reaching a 105.7" Charlie said.

"We need to stabilizing her." Dr. Howard said.

"What are you doing to my daughter!!!" Ms. Shumate said.

"I'm stabilizing her seizing. We will then take her to get an MRI to see what's wrong with her brain and heart." Dr. Howard said.

Anna was finally stabilized. Her temperature was still high but her BPM has increased which is good.

"If Anna has a higher BPM then that means the blood is pumping to different parts of her body." Dr. Howard said calmly.

Anna was still unconscious. They brought her to get an MRI. After about 30 minutes the MRI was finished.

"So here we can see that her brain activity is normal. But it looks like their is a high possibility that she would not remember who you both are. The left frontal lobe is missing a piece of her brain. which triggered her seizer. That missing piece is also part of the memoriam chamber of the brain. There are 2 options.. 1 we take her into surgery and replace that missing piece with a donor this surgery could lead to extreme memory loss or she could be fine and get all her memories back. The 2nd option is to leave as is and let the brain reheal and do the work on its own which could lead to seizure disorder but she would still have her memories. We need to know asap because we need to book a surgery if you chose to do that option." Dr. Howard said.

This would be a tough decision for Ms
