11. Keep a Secret

The sun shone in through the dorm window. Ron groaned as he pulled his covers over his eyes. Saturday night had been eventful. The Eighth Years had held a party in their new common room.  It was filled with alcohol, music, dancing and lots of snogging. 

Ron had only gone to bed at three in the morning and now he had a massive headache that was made worse by the sunlight and warmth in the room. His stomach rumbled and he moaned. He was so hungry. Alcohol tended to do this to him.

He sat up in bed and rubbed his eyes. Harry's bed was empty as usual. Harry had gone to bed late that night but earlier than him for sure. Harry had been a weird mood during the party. He had been red-faced and stuttered a lot. Especially around Draco who would look at him and smirk as if he knew something was up. 

Close to midnight, all the couples were getting it on and Harry probably felt very lonely and that was when he had disappeared to bed. Harry anyway stuck to his routine, despite how little sleep he got. Harry was probably in the forest waking Black and would be back in half an hour, pumped up and ready to go for breakfast.

Well, Ron wasn't wrong, Harry was certainly pumped up. He was leaning against a fir tree. Professor Snape was hovering over him, strong arms holding him as his mouth traced Potter's own. Potter moaned and lifted his knee raising it to lay between Professor Snape's legs. Professor Snape's hands drifted down and stroked Harry slowly. Harry moaned bucking against the tree and arching his back. It had been so long since he had been with someone. Severus chuckled and nuzzled Harry's neck. Harry's arms tightened around Professor Snape's back.Professor Snape looked at him and grinned, his smile wolf-like, his teeth glistening in the morning sun.

"Are you ready for your lesson today Potter?"

Harry groaned, pupils dilated and certainly not in the mood to think about lessons."Professor, what exactly are we doing?"

"We are discussing your lessons Potter"Harry rolled his eyes and felt his face held Professor Snape's strong grip.

"Don't roll your eyes at me boy"

Harry pushed him away, slightly fuming at being spoken to like a child. He stood up straight and brushed the wood chips and leaves from his clothes."What are we doing? Isn't this breaking the rules? You're my teacher for Merlin's sake"

Severus sighed and looked at him. "We can stop if you want Potter. I'm sorry for kissing you yesterday. I got caught in the moment."

Harry blushed as he remembered their first kiss. "Is it illegal sir?"

"Well it is, but it has happened many times before. That's not an excuse for us to do the same though, yes. We can keep it secret if you wish or we can stop I'm sorry I never got your consent Potter"

Harry smiled and shook his head, messy curls falling into his eyes."It's not that I don't like it, it's just I feel confused and uncomfortable. Because I don't know what e we are doing or what we are. Is this just a casual fling for you? Am I just some boy you're kissing?"

"Well Potter, it's only illegal if people get to know. We need to keep it under wraps and it only for a few more months. And no while it seems casual, I don't do casual, I commit."

Harry blushed. "More months, so we'll be doing this for long?"

Severus grinned. "Not just this Potter," he said as he held Potter and kissed him slowly, hands reaching out to cup his ass. He smiled through the kiss as he heard Potter moan.

Draco rolled over in the soft bed and stretched, purring like a cat. He felt something shift beside him. Had Alabaster crawled into bed again with him? Oh Merlin, his head pounded like a Hippogriff was dancing in his skull.

He heard a soft snore and stilled. He saw a mop of curly blonde hair glinting in the sunlight and smiled softly. Last night slowly came back to him.

Luna shifted in bed and turned around. She opened her blue eyes lazily and smiled her soft drowsy smile at Draco and he reached out for her, kissing her softly. He heard her soft giggle and cuddled her.

Luna looked like an angel in her satin slip. She was saving herself for when they got married she wanted to make it special and so did he. They had just spent the night together yesterday cuddled up in the room of requirement.

His hangover was from the crazy party that they had left quite early. Harry had been red-faced and smelt of Severus's signature vanilla essence. Draco wasn't going to ask, he knew Severus wouldn't say anything as student-teacher relationships were illegal and Severus was extremely good at keeping secrets.

Draco tickled Luna lightly watching her giggle and huddle closer to him. He nuzzled her neck and stretched again. "I'm in the mood for pancakes my love, what about you?"

Luna hummed in agreement under her breath and closed her eyes. She too had gotten a bit tipsy yesterday night.

Draco wished for some coffee and tea and a small tea trolley appeared in the corner. He made a cup of coffee and a cup of tea for Luna and brought it over to the bed."Wake up Lu"

Luna groaned and whispered "Five more minutes please"

Draco chuckled and smoothed her hair back. He placed her tea on the bedside table and slowly sipped his coffee.

Hermione walked into the common room and placed a kiss on Ron's still wet hair. He grinned at her and hugged her tightly. Scally bounded up to her and Hermione gave him a pat ad hoisted him on to the couch next to them. She curled up beside Ron and he kissed her head."This is so peaceful, such a change from last year."

Ron chuckled in agreement.

"It feels like being back at the Burrow, away from everything"Hermione murmured and closed her eyes, loving the feel of Ron's hands stroking through her hair slowly. Her stomach growled and Ron chuckled.

"Someone's hungry already, are you turning into me?

Hermione huffed and smiled. She stood pulling Ron up with her. They left the common room, Scally tagging along behind them. They dropped Scally at the kennels and headed to the hall, the smell of pancakes and the sound of laughter drifting out of the wooden doors.
