{Y/N} = Your Name

I frantically knocked on Dibs door, still half-naked in Zim's turtleneck. It was snowing, which was odd. 'I couldn't have been in there for more than a day. Snow never comes this early.' This the city was south of where I used to live. Dib opened the door and looked down at my shivering small frame. "Y/N!?" he seized me by the shoulders and pulled me inside. It was night and below freezing outside. He grasped my arm and raced up to my room, tucking blankets around me. I felt some warmth returning to my body.

"Where have you been it's been a WEEK!" "A week!? That can't be right..." Dib looked horrified. "IT WAS ZIM! I knew it! I've been trying to break in for days to save you!" I peered up at him, confused. "I guess I was only conscious for a few hours..." "What does that mean!?" Dib said, freaking out. "Um..." For some reason, I didn't want to tell Dib what happened. It felt like something I should keep between us. "Is that... Is that one of Zims shirts?" Dib asked. Raising his eyebrows. "Just, tell me everything." "Okay..." I sighed.

"And then I ran out of the door and straight to your house." I left a few things out, as the touching and Zim seeing my underwear and the armada. Dib gave me one of his coats and pants. "Change into that." Dib sat down on a chair confront of a desk, facing backward, looking at me. I pulled on his pants, they were a few inches too long and covered my feet and then some, and also loose along the waist. "Could I borrow a belt?" "Oh- of course." Dib said as he got up and brought me a belt. I put it on and slid on the coat.

"So did he REALLY replace some of your organs?" Dib asked, clicking a pen, extending the tip of the pen out and in. It made annoying little mechanical noises when the old spring inside was pulled or pushed together. "Yeah. I don't know what he did exactly, he never went into detail." "And something happened to your eyes and blood?" "Yeah." "Would you mind if a run a few tests on your body, so we can better understand all this?" "Sure." Dib grinned and stood up, rummaging around his room, collecting trinkets and gadgets.

"Do you know how Zim got his hands on Irkin organs?" Dib asked, putting on a strange headset. It looked a bit like a VR, but more advanced and glowing. "Um... I think he grew them?" Dib pushed a button on the side of the VR looking thing and the screen on it booted up, and it turned green. He peered down at me and frowned. "Odd..." he said glancing at my stomach and chest. He turned the machine off and grabbed his note pad, scribbling things down.

"You said something happened to your blood, can I take a sample?" "Sure." I sighed. He strolled over to a table with scraps of paper, a microscope, and a shelf full of tubes and syringes. He put on a pair of gloves and took a syringe and went over to me, sticking the needle in my wrist and extracting crimson blood, soon enough, the pink liquid filled up the syringe instead. The syringes contents were an ombre of my normal blood to that fiery pink liquid.

"This blood-contaminated it, let me take another sample." Dib wandered over to the table and set down the syringe, grabbing a fresh new one. He replaced his gloves and walked back towards me, taking another sample, this time none of my blood filled the syringe. "You lay down and try to get some sleep while I do tests on this." Dib said, adjusting his glasses. I nodded and laid on his bed, turning on my side.

"Hey, {Y/N}!, come on!" Zim called to me. I ran over to him. It was unusually warm out, Zim was in a tank top and shorts. I looked up at him, he was waiting at a crosswalk for me. "Your small infuriate legs are NO MATCH for me!" he grinned, taunting me. "You cheated, you got a head start!" I protested. Zim smiles widened. "You should have known I would do that, you're even more gullible than Dib!"
"Speaking of Dib..." I said looking behind me. Dib was panting, his lanky limbs shaking from the heat and running.

"That's- *huff* not fair, you guys know I *huff* can't run-!" he stopped beside us both, with his hands on his knees catching his breath. Zim and I both chuckled. "Come on, let's get to school already, you're so dramatic, Dib." I teased. We walked down the crosswalk, and I felt someone hold my hand. My head snapped up, and I locked eyes with Zim, peering down at me. I smiled and squeezed his hand.

I jolted awake at the sudden rush of emotion and gasped. Dib jumped in his seat at the noise. "Jesus-" he murmured and scooted backward. I craned my neck to look at what he was up to. He was using the microscope and studying at my blood. "Bad dream?" he asked, glancing back at me. "No... It was strange." I had a warm feeling in my gut thinking about the dream. "Ah," Dib said, returning to his work.

I sat up and stretched. "Come here, you should see what I've found!" dib called to me. I got up and walked over to him, leaning over the microscope. "Here is my hypothesis, Zim tried to replace your liver, but it seems that your blood wasn't compatible with that kind of organ. So, he tried to replace your blood taking small quantities at a time, then replacing it with this irkim blood. Then he must be realized he'd have to replace all the organs that didn't work. It looks like he salvaged a few, though. Like your heart and brain."

"That is a lot to process, I sighed. Then it hit me, I never told Dib about the irkin armada. "Hey, Dib?" "Yeah?" "I forgot to mention this but there is a giant fleet of aliens coming to strip the earth of its natural resources." Dib laughed. "Oh wow- that's a good one." I stayed silent. "You are joking, right?" "Nope." Dib looked up at me, horrified.
