It had been months since she had been in Japan. Emily had come once for the exams, but left that same day. She saw Shoto that day but every time she would try and get close to him, he would walk away. She had sent him text messages, but the only message he answered was when she told him she had gotten into UA. 'Congrats' was all he said. Nothing else did he respond to."Okay, so I'll drop you off at school and I'll take your things to your apartment and wait for you there. Here's your uniform." her aunt said. Thankfully, she was wearing a tanktop under her sweater and a skirt so changing in the car was easy. Her aunt pulled up next to the school, with her bag and coffee in hand as she got out of the car and bumped into someone.
"WATCH WHERE YOU'RE GOING EXTRA!" someone yelled at her, causing her aunt's window to roll down.
"Shut up brat and take care of your cousin!" Mitsuki yelled out the window and drove away laughing. The red eyed girl looked at her cousin and smiled. Katsuki Bakugo.
"Missed me bitch?" she laughed at his scowling face, "You're supposed to take me home after school. Dad sent things for you and they're in the apartment." She linked her arm with his and walked with him inside the building.
"You missed the first day, what gives?" She tensed for a bit before answering.
"Delayed flight, don't worry about it." she shrugged her shoulders. He examined her, while she drank her coffee. There was a sadness in her eyes, that he easily picked up.
"You're hiding something. What is it?" They stopped walking and he looked at her.
"I'll tell you when we get out. I promise." She drank the last of her coffee to avoid his eyes, hoping it'll do its job and keep her awake for her full day of class. He clicked his tongue and continued walking.
"You look like shit."
"I've slept like 3 hours, dick." He took a hold of her cup and threw it away as they walked into the class with her arm still linked with his.
"Woah Bakugo, didn't know you had a girlfriend." a boy with spiky red hair came up to them.
"Shut up weird hair." he grumbled incoherent words to himself. Emily looked at her cousin and then to the boy and smiled.
"Hey, I'm Eijiro Kirishima. Didn't know we were getting a transfer so early in the year."
"Hey there cutie, I'm Denki Kaminari but you can call me your boyfriend." a blonde haired boy with a black lightning streak in his hair said, winking at her. Bakugo stood in front of the girl and glared at the boys in front of her.
"Bakugo no fighting in the classroom! And this isn't your classroom, you shouldn't be here." a boy with glasses and weird eyebrows spoke. The three boys and Emily turned to look at the new voice. He was in front of two other students, a girl with a round face, big brown eyes and short brown hair; and a boy with big green eyes and a mop of green hair. Katsuki glared at the new trio, little explosions coming off his hand.
"N-no need to start a f-fight Kacchan." the green haired boy said, stepping forward.
"Shut up Deku!" more explosions were coming off the ash haired boy.
"Deku? Oh, little might!" The girl smiled at him and extended her arms for a hug, a blush appearing on the boy's face.
"Em?" Deku looked at her, he smiled and hugged her. "It's been forever! I thought you were in the States."
"It has, and I was. I'm a student here now." She pulled away from him, and saw her favorite 'family' member. "Hello uncle."
"I told you not to call me that. You all should be sitting down. Class, this is another one of your classmates. Go to your seat, it's next to Todoroki." She looked to the back of the classroom and there he was. His head down, a book in his hand. Next to him on the right was an empty seat, on the left side she noticed a girl with a pretty face and a spiky ponytail. That must be her.
