Hopeless

Chapter 1

People around me and doesn't know me think that I'm a brat for being but the truth is I'm not. But I agree that my parents spoiled me a lot.

My mother is an only child of a business tycoon and my dad has a sibling it is my tita  Athena Minerva Vesta a gown designer known her in Philippines and international. Tita Athena didn't marry she said she is happy being single. My tita is in her late 30s she is beautiful and I wonder why she doesn't keep a boyfriend. Her answer is "I have a very high standard"then she smile.

I'm home schooled for seven years then  when finally I will be in 7th grade my dad agree that I will not be a home schooled anymore.

I have friends. A family friend. Everytime my birthday arrive I'm not really happy even though my birthday is very grand but very time I talked do the children my age and ask them if I can join them so that I can play to. They just rolled they're eyes and run.

No one would really wantad to be my friend and I'm sad.

Highschool when I started crushing Emerald David Ricci. He is a basketball player. He is handsome,tall,defined nose, pink lips, and white but not white as paper. The word I can say he is perfect.

Nagkaroon ako ng crush sa kanya ng tinulongan niya one time. My classmates is a bully pinagtangkaan paako nilang sabunotan buti dumating si Emerald.

Then that is the reason I started liking him.

Grade 8 ako non ng sinubukan ko siyang kausapin and last year na iya sa senior high ng nagkataon ako.

"Pwede ba kitang makausap" sabi ko tinignan ko siya then tinignan din niya ako. Kasama niya ang kaibigan niya natatawa ang mga ito.

"Dude alis muna kami parking lot lang kami maghihintay" at umalis na din ang mga kaibigan niya. Ayaw pa ng girlfriend niyang umalis pero napilit ito ng mga kaibigan. Her girlfriend is very good looking she is one of the campus crush.

Cassie Madrigal is his classmate. I know them because finally I did have a friend that very updated in the news. She talks a lot the opposite me. Cassie Madrigal is a child of a grocery store owner.

"Thank you pala last year" tumass lang ang isa niyang kilay at halata kong wala itong ideya" Haha tinulongan mo ako non sa mga classmate ko na muntik naakong sabutan" I smiled. He start laughing then looked at me like I'm a big joke.

"Ito pala cookies I baked them for you" sabay about sa kanya ng box. Tinignan niya lang ito at umiiling.

"No need but if you insist then I take it" agad niya itong kinuha.

"Hmm?" may itatanong sana ako ngunit nahihiya akong ipagpatuloy.

"Hmm?what?" Emerald said naghihintay pa siya ng itatanong ko.

"Hmm. Pwede ba kitang maging kaibigan?" sabi ko kinakabahan pa rin.

"I have many friends already and for now I don't need more friend." he smiled din walk away.

One week has passed  and my friend keep talking about the people around us. Vellandra Scott is one of the loudest student I know. She has a lot of friends but she prefer to be with me and her reason is I can keep her secret because I don't have any other friend.

I am waiting to Ella and I am all alone in the table when someone sat in front of me. I am looking to my book that time and I thought it is Ella who sit.

Unti unti kong hinarap ang tao sa aking harapan and I'm really shock that he is now in front of me.

He smile"This is just a dare miss. Can I  ask you questions? I nod. How old are you?
