"hiya Jade, where ya been?" Blink sat down next to Jade Conlon, the twin sister of famous Brooklyn newsie Spot Conlon. She set down something and he gasped. It was a bloody knife. He grabbed her arm and saw two things. The word "Slut" had been carved into her arm, and she had crossed it out. Underneath, there was the word "Beautiful" that she just did. He took off his shirt and wrapped it around her arm. she looked at him with surprisingly tear filled eyes. he had always found her to be so strong. "only Spot knows about this. "Slut' About eight months ago, a Brooklyn newsie tried to rape me. He carved that into my arm. I showed it to Spot as proof, and he soaked the bastard, but it has haunted me the whole time." He looked at her. He saw where it was that was hurting her. Everybody has sensitive spots, and that was her's. He hugged her tightly and brought her inside. He helped he clean up, and he laid down on his bed. "Hey Blink, what about Spot?" He laid down on the other side and whispered, "You will be okay."

The next morning, Jade and Blink walked to Brooklyn early in the morning. Spot was standing on the bridge looking pissed. "Where have ya been?!" She took off the bandage around her arm and showed him. He pulled out his cane and said "Did he do it?" She shook her head vigoriously. "NO! he helped me Spot, he bandaged me." Spot dropped the act and ran over and hugged her tightly. "I was so worried!" She hugged him back and looked over at Blink. She whispered in Spots ear and he looked over and nodded. She walked over and kissed him right on  the mouth. He kissed her back and that was that. They were lovers.
