Ian watching you get stabbed.
"You give me the money or I'll stab her" Some guy said holding a knife to her stomach.
"Don't stab her and there is no money" Kev said and Y/n was crying telling Kev to give him the money.
"KEV JUST GIVE HIM THE FUCKING MONEY" Y/n screamed through the Alibi as Ian was walking in he saw Y/n like that.
"There is no fucking money" Kev said through gritted teeth, the guy got angry and jammed the knife into your stomach, you let a gasp of air out and fell to the ground.
Ian looked at you with tears in his eyes and Kev called the police and an ambulance to get here. [the gif]
"Oh my god, I need a coat" Ian said yelling and just took one that was on the bar stool and wrapped it around your wound.
"Ian, if I don't make it. I love you so much and I want us to get together and married and have kids" Y/n says and her eyes eventually close, then the ambulance come in taking you to the Chicago hospital.
"Kev, I'm taking you car" Ian said and took the keys jumping into the car and storming to the hospital.
5 minutes later
"HI IS UMM Y/N HERE?" Ian questions the lady and she tells him that she just got here and he can't go back for another hour.
1 hour later
"Ian Gallagher, Y/n Y/l/n is in room 581" The front desk lady said and pointed to your room.
"thanks" He smiles and runs to your room seeing you watching TV with a tube in your nose and your stab wound.
"Hey" Ian softly said to Y/n and she turned towards the pale boy, and smiled.
"Hi Ian" She said and looked away remembering what she said to him before she thought she was gonna die.
"Y/n, I love you too" Ian smiles at Y/n and walks over to her and kisses her softly.
