"Hey, what are you doing Y/n" My best friend Ian asks me, I just shrug.
"Going our and being a hoe like usual?" Ian asked, I looked at him hurt. Usually, I'd laugh but since I have a crush on Ian, it hurt me hearing he thinks that about me.
"W-what" I choke out from my throat knowing tears were threatening to spill out my eyes.
"I-I was kidding" He says regretting what he said.
"Yeah, well I'm gonna go now" I said quickly getting up and walking away. He immediately chased after me.
"Hey! Wait, Y/n I didn't mean it like that" Ian yelled from halfway across the school hallway.
"I'm sorry Ian, I can't do this right now" I said to him and he just looked at me broken.
I walked home not caring if I got bad grades at the moment thinking about Ian and if he really thought I was a hoe.
"Sweetie, what are you doing home so early" My mom asked me and I shrugged running upstairs.
"Ok well dinner will be done soon" She said
15 minutes later
"Y/n, Ian is here for you" My mom shouted and I got up walking downstairs.
"Hmm" I asked obviously annoyed by my best friend.
"Y/n, I'm really sorry for calling you that. I just thought you'd laugh at it, but I didn't know you'd be offended." He says and I start to feel really bad.
"I'm sorry too Ian, I was being to dramatic and I would usually think it's funny but.. never mind" I say and he smiles and hugs me, my mom just gushes.
"Mom, Ian is staying here for dinner" I say and she nods and I take him up to my room.
"So what were you gonna say when you said never mind" Ian asked me smirking and I lightly pushed him.
"Nothing" I say and blush a little, he kept pushing me to say it.
"Alright, alright. I like you Ian, like a lot" I say to him and he smiles and pulls me into a sweet kiss.
"I like you too Y/n, will you be mine?" He asks and I nod happily pulling him into another sweet kiss.
"KIDS, dinner is done" I heard my mom yell and we raced downstairs.
"Mom and Dad, Ian and I are dating now" I say happily and they both cheer for us.
"Treat her right, Gallagher" my dad says sternly and he nods quickly.
"I promise" Ian says and kisses my forehead.
