Chapter 17

*Mihira Pov*

"Are you okay now?" I asked glancing at her as she is no longer reluctant to join the table for lunch.

"Yeah! But these days I finally realized how you must have felt when I forced you to join them." She mumbled glancing at me.

"Then I got my revenge then." I teased but she shook her head.

"Don't worry! I should actually thank you for forcing me like that otherwise I would have missed on so many things." I assured her and we both reached the place but they were late today.

"We don't have any classes today. Why don't we go and watch a movie? Tomorrow is already a holiday." She said checking the messages regarding the lecturer being absent for today which canceled his classes.

I nodded at her while thinking whether to do what she is saying or should I contact Swapnil Sir as we need to have another session and this time I will be the one to teach him the aspects I learned during holidays.

"Even I want to join you guys. What about you Kalyan?" We both got startled hearing Vikesh voice and found them standing near us.

"Sure! I am bored with all these classes too. Let's skip them. Anyone else who wants to join?" Kalyan asked glancing at Rakesh and he nodded.

"Then it's settled! We will go after the lunch break." Vikesh said smiling at us before sitting down while I am still on the process of thinking whether to go or not.

"Wait! Why didn't you ask me?" Abhi asked sitting beside me while staring at Vikesh.

"You want to skip your classes?" Rekha asked him frowning and he shrugged before glancing at me.

"I am still thinking about whether I should meet my Mentor or go to watch the movie." I commented deciding to ignore their discussion.

"What a change that Sir brought in your life, Mihi. You were supposed to be the one to always drag us to the theatre." Vikesh commented and I shrugged while opening the message box.

"You need to come with us." Suddenly Abhi took my phone away while dropping those words and everyone stared at him in shock.

"All of us need to go together. It's been so long since we all went somewhere and aren't we being typical by just meeting every day during lunch break." He added clearing his throat.

"I don't think Rekha can join us though. Right?" I asked glancing at her hoping she join us which she did after hearing my words.

"What was that? Don't take my phone away like that again." I warned him in a whisper when everyone was busy discussing which movie to watch and he completely ignored my words.

I glared at him and decided to ignore him in return. After we reached the parking lot, I sat behind Kavitha which caused him to glare at me but I showed him clearly that I am ignoring him completely.

"Why are we using so many vehicles? It is very harmful to the environment." Hearing those words from his mouth made me nearly laugh but I controlled my expression before asking Kavitha to just drive.

When we reached the mall, it was packed for sure but still, we were able to reach the spot on time and I decided to go and book tickets before everyone reach.

*Kavitha Pov*

"Where is she?" Abhilash asked the moment everyone reached the spot I informed them through the message.

"She went to book our tickets." I replied feeling startled with the way he approached.

"I will go and help her." Saying that he just walked off and we all stared at his back in confusion.
