Stepping out the the Uber car with a deep breath, Teagan looked at the set that held a very special place in her heart. It's been about three weeks since she's left, three weeks since she's seen her family.
Last week she had a talk with the people from Grey's Anatomy about her not being able to fulfill the offer. They were upset of course, but understood with the reasoning behind it.
She was really great full for the offer, but some people on social media seemed to disagree on Teagan's choice of leaving for her boyfriend. They believed that she shouldn't give such a huge opportunity away for a guy.
But Teagan wasn't doing this just for Drew, but more for herself. After being in the accident, her view on the things she loved changed completely. She didn't want to take for granted the people that made her who she was. And she believed that those certain people are way more important than any acting job she could have.
Which is why Teagan went back to South Carolina with Drew, to be surrounded by the people that she loves. The cast of Outer Banks have been family since day one, and they always will.
"Are you ready?" Drew asked the girl that stood there staring at the line of trailers. Her grabbed her hand and squeezed it as she nodded her head.
"Beyond ready," Teagan smiled. The two walked hand in hand through the set, making their way to where they were told everyone was relaxing.
From a distance, Teagan saw her cast mast sulking, all just sitting around while on their phones. Her and Drew quietly walked up to them before she shouted, "Did I miss anything?"
Austin was the first person to instantly look up to see his best friend standing there, "No fucking way," he whispered before standing up and engulfing her into a tight hug, "Holy shit, you're actually here."
Teagan's smile grew even bigger when her feet were lifted off the ground by Austin, who still held her in a hug, "That I am."
