Onset Distrust

Chapter 5

Darryl/Badboyhalo's POV

... Seeing Zak with Mega like this made me somewhat sad... why. I just sat down near the edge of the small cliff. It's not really deep. Everything seems to be stressing me out and I don't feel all that good. I don't want them to worry alot about me. Before I could drift away and felt something touch my shoulder and say-

"Hey Darryl..? You okey there?" Zak?
"Uh yea. I'm just thinking about ... stuff." And looked away.
"Hey, you can talk to me. You helped me, so let me help you then. Come on."
that sounded so sweet, soft and delicate. I smiled a little.
"Yea I know.. thanks."
"So... you wanna talk?"
"Maybe later.."
"Alright."
And then he hugged me. It felt so nice and hugged him back.
After awhile of being here I looked at the time and didn't even realise that we were that long here already.

"Hey Guys!"
Me and Zak turned around, to see the rest sitting in a circle.
"Get your butts over here!" Clay shouted and so we walked over there.
"Why are we all sitting here?" I asked.
"Well, some of us seemed a little bumbed and so we sit here to talk about our feelings and stuff. Ya know."
Clay explained. I mean, It is really sweet.
"Sure, seems like a great Idea." I agreed and we started talking.
"Darryl. Wanna go first?" Clay asked. I hesitated a bit, but nodded.
"What's been bothering you man?"

"W-well, ... actually everything. I don't know what exactly. It's just that I have alot if stress nowadays and all this trolling, mocking and everything that has been happening... and ... ugh i don't know. Feelings are so stupid and frustraiting! I don't even know why you always flirt with me Zak!" And turned to him. "Do you like like me??" ...
They were all silent at first, Zak being a bit surprised and shooked.
"I- ... " he didn't know what to say. I don't blame him.
"Darryl." he sighed. "Come here bud." and hugged me.

"Ouch..." Sapnap said.
"I think you two will slove this better alone." Clay added.
"It's okey guys. I'm fine." I sniffed and just said that we can continue. They were a little hesitant at first, asked if they really should and I just nodded. That's what we are here for and so we continued.

Everyone talked a little. Zak said that he felt a little depressed back then, but felt better when I was there, Vincent felt like, in his past, that he never knew that he'd come this far to where he is now. Probably because he alomst went it jail and so on. Georgey said that he also felt alot better after he met us all and is now having more fun then before, the same for Dave, tho he still feel a little empty from time to time. Mega explained in sign language that, there was one point where he almost gave up on everything, but pushed himself no matter what and now ended up with all if us and is happy for that. Jacob's story was also very uhm.. interesting, he explained how empty, lonely and worthless he felt back then. He didn't really know what he was supposed to do and just did what he was told to and also acted happy until one day. The day he met Mega. The day he finally felt like there was still a light. He didn't say anything else after that. George didn't really have anything to say except for the usual ups and downs that we all know of, Sapnap said the same thing, but It didn't feel right or maybe i was just reading to much into something. Clay said that he never knew that he would accomplish such things and that he loves us all very much. He also said that he would so much for us. Aww how sweet. Tho he somewhat looked sad later, i think. We talked for a little longer and comforting eachother.

Jacob/Zelk's POV

I felt like I've said to much. Why did I do that? Whatever, now I know for sure that they'll be more careful and try to find out stuff about me. Zak and Darryl can be cuddley fuddley all they want, but Zak's life will end soon. I know that he secretly talks, does stuff with Mega and I hope they haven't been doing anything that I'm not fine with. Zak will be gone in a few for sure.
We already chilled here for awhile.
"Hey! Maybe we should head home for now? It's gettin' a little cold and stuff.
They agreed and we made our way back home. When we arrived back at Dave's house.

It's 15:34pm.

We all chilled and were more doing our on stuff, like being on our phone. Me and Mega were upstairs in the Guestroom, but after I spent so much time with Mega I could tell he wanted to be alone for a little while.
"Do..  you want to be alone for a little while?" I asked. He nodded and I left him alone for the time being, walking downstairs to the kitchen. I sat down drinking a cup of whatever alcohol there was.

Meanwhile in Dave's room.

Dave/Technoblade's POV

"Hey Georgey. Can I talk to you for a moment?" I asked.
"Okey first of-, do you all really have to call me Georgey? And yea sure." Georgey answered.
"Well, how else are we supposed to separate you from the other George. Just sayin' ." I said with a slight laughter. "Anyway. What I wanted to talk about is that- don't you think Jacob is acting much weirder than usual?"
Georgey tought for a little while.
" ... Yea no, you're right. He really has been." he answered.

Mega's POV

I stayed alone in the Guestroom, since well... I wanted to be. Thinking time, i guess. While that I overheard Dave and Georgey talking about ...Jacob? I got closer to the wall and listened to what they were talking. At first I just heard muffled words and then.
"Glad another one agrees with me here. Vincent also noticed it and I don't blame anyone for thinking that." Dave said.

"Nothing really happened, yet." he continued. "And If any violence or anything happens we have to do something."
What? Violence? Why would Jacob be associated with that. That doesn't make sense. That's dumb.
"Alright. Let me know If anything happens." Dave ended, one of them walked out and to the bathroom presumably. What did I just listen to...
I didn't see anything wrong with Jacob. Isn't he always like that? Does he act differently around other people? Hm...
I just sat down in the bed again and tried to collect my thoughts.
