Shoto was pacing around his room wording if this was a great idea. Just then, his phone stops ringing and his dad answers. Welp, no turning back now.

"Shoto? What is the meaning of this call? You don't just call me out of nowhere," Endeavor said.

"Hey, dad," Shoto started. He took a deep breath before continuing. "I need your help." Over the pone, Endeavor raises and eyebrow. Shoto.... wants his help? Now that is not something that happens everyday.

"What do you need help with, Shoto?" He asks.

"Well.... I have a girlfriend and-"

"Ooh! When can I meet her?" Endeavor cuts his son off. He might have been a bit of an ass before, but he is trying to do better and engage in his kids' lives.

"I'm getting to that," Shoto says. "You have technically already met her. She was....." Shoto takes a moment to figure out how to explain this to his dad, "She was born as a boy but she is a girl. She's a transgender girl. But that doesn't mean she's any less of a girl!" Shoto explains.

"I understand, Shoto. I would still like to meet her as she is now. Anyways, what is it you need help with?"

"Well, she doesn't have enough money to start her treatment (I'm sorry. Like I said, I am not transgender so I would appreciate it if you could help me out a bit. The best I can do is look stuff up on the internet so that is what I am working with. I know you have to go to a gender therapist or something before getting treatment and I know this stuff costs a shit ton of money. Izu has already been going to the gender therapist councilor person and got the go ahead to start treatment but she doesn't have enough money.)  so I was hoping we could help her out with the money?" Shoto asks very nervous. On the other side of the line, Endeavors face softens into a small smile.

"Of course son, we can help her with the money," Endeavor starts. Shoto gets pretty excited before Endeavor starts talking again. "Though, I would like to meet her as her. You have mentioned that I've met her before. Who was she?"

"She used to be called Izuku Midoriya. She was the one who fought against me in the sports festival. She is the one who convinced me to use my fire side and in turn, go to your agency for our internships. She goes by Izumi now," Shoto says, Smiling fondly. 

"Okay. Maybe we can set up a day so we can formally meet each other. But for now I have to go," Endeavor says.

"Okay, thanks dad," Shoto hesitates before moving on, "I love you." Endeavor smiles.

"I love you too, bub," Enji smiles as he hangs up. Enji was absolutely beaming and probably scaring half of his staff. His son, not only called him dad, but also said he loves him. For Enji, this was a massive step up. 

On the other side, Shoto was beaming as he walked to his girlfriend's room to tell her the news. As soon as he entered the room Izumi looked up at him and immediately went to hug him.
