Aphmau PoV

I woke up in my house
Lilith was by my side.
Her little smile
Laurence adored her
How would I ever be able to tell what happened to him to that little girl.

I wipe the tears from my eyes and hug her

Something falls from the book shelf .

I get up and walk over too it.I pick it up.

Lady Aphmau

I open it

Dearest Aphmau,
I hope one day you find this ,although I don't know if you ever will .
It's me...Laurence...but I think you already know that.
I am so sorry for what I am about to do to you and our little Lillith. Please know that I do not want you to grieve me, to be in pain, to cry .Instead I want you to keep going.Find out who you are . It's all i ask of you. I know I would never have to ask but look after her, for me.

Always Keep the light with you. I was a knight of the shadows and you.You were my light in the darkeness. I know you will always have questions. Why I had to hurt you like I did . The truth is I had to make sure you wouldnt get hurt and so I could get my revenge. He hurt us in ways that I can't explain. I know Garroth being away killed you inside. Be happy with him like I know you will.You don't need me. Not anymore .I know Garroth, Dante,Katelyn and Aaron will all protect you.

On the shelf is more letters for each of them and theres one for Cadenza too.

You werent jut my friend or the Lord I served. Aph I loved you more than words can say. And I know I will never be able it to your face again but I love you. I always have. You know I knew that night whatever we had was...It was over but I'm not bitter because I knew it's was real .And I know we joked about it but thats how I felt. I would give anything for you .A guards job is to protect your lord with their life. This was no ones fault. It wasnt your fault either . Always remember that.

When I was writting this I kept thinking back to everything we had. The first time I made you smile, The first time I made you laugh, The first time I kissed you. I knew from those moments how I felt and I treasure them. You're so far away but when i close my eyes I can still feel you . I can't pretend what I felt wasn't there. So when you think back to those times ,smile . Smiles because they happened and they are the memories that you will always have. Don't cry because I'm gone.

I open the door and make my way through the village. I see the others outside the guard tower. I walk over to them.

"Aph,Cadenza is requesting to see you. If thats what you want but she says it's okay if you dont want to"Katelyn says

I follow them through the portal and to the guard house. I clutched Lillith closly.

I open the meeting room door

"We'll wait here "Katelyn says
