Aphmau's pov.

I walk through the settlemet.

How things were growing day by day. Everything had changed so rapidly. Not just the settlement but the people in it. Feelings I'd never felt before.

I still hadn't spoken to Aaron about what happened yesterday.

I sit in the guard courtyard

"Lady Aphmau"

I look up and see Aaron

"Aaron can I help you "

"Can we talk about yesterday"

"It shouldn't have happened Aaron"

"It was one kiss."

"Aaron I don't feel the same i'm sorry"

"Yeah. I don't know what I expected. Tell me is it Garroth"

"What about Garroth. Tell you what"

"The one your in love with."

"What... No of course it's not. Me and Garroth are close friends. I don't feel anything else for him"

"What about Laurence "
"Aaron where is this all coming from"
"Well you don't reject people for no reason"

"Aaron I'm not doing this. We are friends and that is it"I say before getting up and walking off

I walk to the mini beach and lean against the tree.

I turn around and kick it really hard

I then feel two arms around me

"Hey.. It's alright. No need to take your anger out on the trees"

I knew it was Laurence

I say nothing

"Come on lets go on a walk. You look like you need it "

I nod and we walk into the forest.

"Do you wanna talk about it "Laurence says

"Do you really want to hear it "I ask

"It's been bothering you all day. I can tell. "

"Well it's a girl probelm"
"I grew up with girls. I practically know the whole code "

"Ha...Well Aaron he... kissed me. I didn't expect of course. I told him today I don't feel that way about him and that we're just friends and that how I want it to stay. Of course he starts saying that I'm in love with Garroth. Which I'm not . He just knows how to get to me. I don't know why he doesn't just take it."

"Because Aaron maybe thought you felt the same"

"If I did . I would have told him"

"So who is the boy who stole your heart "Laurence says with a smirk

"I'm not telling you that"I say as I punch him in the arm

Laurence laughs at me

"It was worth a shot "Laurence says

"I just wish it was all simple "

We stop

"It's beautiful isn't it "I say looking at the trees

"I wasn't ... oh well that was good. You're getting quicker on your feet aren't you"Laurence says with a smirk

I push him and Laurence falls over.

I begin to laugh

Suddenly the ground opens up beneath us and we fall into a hole.

I land ontop of Laurence

"Who's laughing now "Laurence says

"What the hell"I exclaim

"The curse of the holes are back "Laurence says

"We're in the middle of nowhere. We're going to be stuck here forever "

"Are you okay Aph. Are you hurt "Laurence says

I look up at him

"Laurence thank you "

"I'm just doing my job"

I look up at him

He realises that he still holding me

"I'm sorry"He says letting go of me

"It's alright "

I get off Laurence and We both sit up

"Do you wanna know my advice"

"Yeah "

"There are in people in life who don't quite understand other peoples feelings. Aarons lost a lot in his life. Granted we all have but he's struggling to contain his feelings. I'm not excusing it though. He should have asked but now that you've told him. You get up and you move past it."

"Thank you Laurence"

I look at him

Why did I feel this way.

Ughh Aph stop

But he is eyes were so beautiful

"Aph are you alright"Laurence says

I place my hand on his cheek

I cut him off by kissing him
