V. Sleepover

KENZIE'S POV

Finally the school day was over and my friends and I were stood at the school gate. They said they had to go home to get their stuff but would come round straight after. I quickly texted them Johnny's address for later and then waved goodbye. I can't wait till later! This is my first Sleepover since the move and I'm really excited. In my old school everyone said I threw legendary sleepovers and usually I'd be making a list of what to do right now but all this time I've been saying how much I've changed and if I were to do the same thing old me would do then I'd be proving myself wrong. So I'll just go with flow and hope it turns out okay.
Since I came with Johnny to school I had to wait for him to come out to drive us home. Gosh does he take forever to get out!
Suddenly I see him walking out, shouting. Then Brynn following him, shouting back. Ooh they were having an argument. I'll just wait over here and be my awkward self lol

"God just leave me alone for a bit Brynn! Your the one that was chatting up that guy" Johnny yelled

"Johnny baby I'm sorry!"

"I don't want to hear it Brynn" he said walking away leaving her stood with tears in her eyes before she ran off
I didn't know what to do really so I just stood looking at my phone. That was until Johnny called out
"Are you getting in or what?!"

"Oh uh yeah" I said running over and getting into his car

The journey started out quiet and you could feel the tension in the air

"A-are you alright Johnny?" I hesitantly asked

"Hmm? What? Oh yeah I'm fine" he said looking forward

When we got back home Johnny walked straight to the kitchen, pulled out some juice and sat down

"Are you sure your okay. Your argument seemed a little heated?" I carefully asked

"I-its just- it's just I actually put in a lot of effort for that relationship yeah? But she's so air headed to see that and then flirts with other guys" he huffed

"I'm sorry Johnny! It must be hard. Why don't you just dump her?"

"My social status that's why. It will disappear if I dump her and her friends will take her side. I'll have no one" he said looking down

"That's not true! I'm sure Hayden will still be your friend? He's popular?" I suggested

"Ugh I don't know. I'm pretty certain he has a crush on Brynn or someone"

DING DONG

"Oh! That's the girls. Are you feeling better though?" I asked

"Yeah a bit" he said before standing up and moving to the couch.
I laughed to myself then opened the door

"Hi!" They all said

"Hey come in" I replied, opening the door

"So where are we sleeping?" Annie asked

"Oh I don't know. Down here?" I suggested

"Okay!" They said putting their stuff on the couch
