Red solo cups, stubs of old cigarettes, empty beer bottles, spilt alcohol and the muddy smell of sweat captivated the entire house.

Sprawled over the couch was Johnny, Kenzie, Lauren and Dylan; over the floor was Nadia, Annie and Emily. At about 1am the rest of the guests left the house.

JOHNNY'S POV

BANG
BANG
BANG
BANG

"what the hell?"  I grogally mumbled, sitting up from my now sticky and grubby couch.

BANG
BANG
BANG

"I'm coming! Give me a second" a hissing sound escaped my lips as I tried to keep my voice quiet for the people around me

BANG-

I opened the door with great force before the person could knock again.
I rubbed my eyes sleepily not realising who stood Infront of me

"JOHNNY VINCENT ORLANDO LOOK AT THE STATE OF YOU"

My eyes shot open and landed on the mortified expression that hung on my parents face.
Shit.
I used my body to try and block the devastating presentation of the house from the night before. However, as I nearly succeeded, I failed. Mom pushed me put of the way with the back of her hand and was left speechless at the sight behind me

"JOHNNY VINCE-"

"SHHHHH" I once gain hissed and then pointed to everyone sleeping

"I can't believe you!" She grabbed my arm and yanked me outside. I was immediately met with the harsh brightness of the sun as a pool of light flooded my face, surfacing my headache from a hangover.

"We told you, no parties!" My dad scolded with a scowl

I sighed and ran my hand over my face while groaning.
"Look it was Kenzies birthday. It was a suprise"

"B- but you shouldn't have! Ugh- well...I guess it was fine if it was her birthday but how could you let the house get trashed like that!" My mother bellowed down at me

"We all fell asleep and just haven't had time to clean it yet, I swear"

"Son, is it Kenzies birthday? Or is that an excuse for the fact you just wanted to throw a party?" My dad questioned in a patronising tone

My mouth gaped open
"I'm going to pretend you didn't say that" was all I huffed

"Well we're going to get our luggage. While we're gone go wake everyone up and start cleaning, this instant!"

"Yes mom"

--------------------

I rushed back in and went up to Lauren first. I grabbed a pillow, which happened to be covered in alcohol stains, and whacked her round the face with it
"Get up! You lazy ass"

She groaned and tried to stop me but I persisted.
"Get the fuck away John"

I dragged her up despite her protests. Her hair was draped over her head, mixtures of strands covered her eyes and others stood frizzly on top.
