"Moments come, moments go, and just like that, they're gone."

//

My mom wanted to go to the store so she dragged me along. I thought we were just gonna go to our local store. But, she claims that the Orange Chicken they have, is not good.

My mother is very picky with her food, and I really don't know why. She wanted me to come with her, so I won't be sad in my room.

Now I'm just sad in the car. The only difference is, I'm not in my room. It's raining, and it would literally be the perfect way to stay at home.

But no, I'm going to a store that's almost an hour away from home. But who cares, it's cool looking out the window from the car anyways.

My mom started sharing memories from back when she was in high school, and when my siblings and I were younger.

As she was telling me, I thought of memories from the last two years with him. I decided to take a picture when my mom stopped telling me stories.

When she did, I took a picture of the passenger window, that had rain droplets on it. I took the picture on Snapchat, and wrote,

Moments come, moments go, and just like that, they're gone.

And this made me realize, that it's true.
