As we walked down the hallway Easton kept a obvious distance between us. Easton walked down the hall to a corner that was no one went in. I guess he wanted privacy. "we broke up." he said it in a quiet tone. " well she broke up with me. She said that couldn't date someone who has feelings for his best friend. We can't date it would be strange. I need you in my life we can't break up. So we can't date." he repeated it quieter now. He looked at me. Then he leaned down and kissed my forehead. "I need you." after that he left. He knew he left me speechless. I stood there wondering if he really meant we could never date. I was wishing he was wrong that we had a chance that we could date.
