"right! outfit time." Crystal said once she walked in the room with Emily and Luke's mom. i groaned as my stylist held up a dress, "here you go!" i snorted, "why does that look like its something out of the great Gatsby?" Emily and Crystal laughed, Luke's mom whistled, "my god it does." i got my hair and makeup done and Emily was doing my nails while Luke's mom was helping my stylist with my hair and makeup.
"and done!" my stylist exclaimed happily. i sighed of relief as i stood up and got handed the dress, "well i always wanted to be a Great Gatsby girl....i still need my Halloween costume figured out." my stylist perked up, "any ideas?" Crystal snickered, "probably something Greek." i shrugged, "why not? i was an Egyptian person last year." Luke's mom whistled, "how'd that go?" i laughed, "it was interesting."
"you looked weird." Emily muttered. i patted her back, "glad to have you back weirdo." she sighed, "glad to be back. my head feels weird." Luke's mom snickered, "weed will do that to you, though i wouldnt know." Crystal and i laughed. i got changed in the bathroom and snorted, "i feel weird!" i walked out as Luke's mom whistled, "damn Sav!" Crystal snickered, "you look weird."
"i feel weird." Emily awed, "you cant even see the bump." i glanced down and touched the bump that was well hidden under the dress. i sighed, "why am i happy i dont have to hide it anymore?" his mom chuckled, "you accepted it, once your able to show off the bump it'll sink in more." i snorted, "i may have accepted it but it hasnt sunk in yet that i got a human growing inside me. this baby better not pick up Luke's height or im gonna be pissed!" everyone laughed. i slipped my layered necklaces on, a bracelet Luke got me for my birthday last year and a princess crown he got me for Christmas last year. i had so many pieces of jewelry from him over the last almost 3 years it was sad and every single time he got me a necklace or bracelet i slapped him for spending money on me.
"awe. is that the bracelet Luke got you? you wear it alot." Crystal questioned me as i nodded, "yeah he got me it last year for my birthday, the crown is a promise ring." i showed them the promise ring as they awed, "its so pretty!" Emily commented. Luke's mom smiled, "what was the promise?"
"that he'll always love me and never leave my side and he'll marry me one day." she awed, "my son does know to pick out jewelry." we laughed as i got wired up and the sound guy somehow hooked the box to my Gatsby dress as i now called it, the ear monitors hung around my neck as i slipped my other rings on my ring hand.
"its on your left hand too." Emily commented. i nodded, "always will until i get another ring to replace it." Crystal and his mom gave eachother the same looks but i ignored it. i frowned, "man! im gonna have to get my belly pierced again after the baby is born." everyone laughed as Luke's mom nodded, "yeah once your belly button stretches you'll wanna remove it." i pouted, "now im gonna hurt him. i love my belly piercing!" Emily snickered, "just get your revenge on him in the delivery room."
"oh im planning on it." i told them as they laughed. my stylist snickered, "i did the same with my husband. when my daughter was born i broke his hand and punched him in the nuts." Luke's mom whistled, "damn i almost broke Luke's dad's hand."
