Victoria P.O.V. (AGE 15)

Insolent alarm clock with thy hollow beeping, I shall end you for Her Highness hath demanded it. I slammed my palm on my phone and waited for the alarm to end. BEEP! BEEP! BEEP! BEEP- there it is.

I willed my eyes to open and turned my head to look at my watch. 6: 30 am......dang it! I groaned and sat up in my bed, scaring Terra awake. I apologized and got up to use the bathroom. I washed my hands and flopped onto Terra's sleeping form.

She had insisted on sleeping on the floor so I was always tripping over her. I poked her face and was rolled off when she sat up.

"What," she growled.

"You gotta get up," I whistled, "It's our first day of school today."

Terra stared at me before bolting up and into the bathroom. Slowly, I stood up and chose my uniform before squishing into the closet. I stared out at the wall while slowly sliding the door closed.

After that it was a challenge of trying to not disconnect and pinch the uniform between my forearm and bicep. I heard Terra come in and waited for her to open the closet to make a noise.

"Hey," she yelled, "Victoria where'd you go- WHAT THE HECK ARE YOU DOING IN THE CLOSET!!!!"

I snickered, "I was getting dressed. I'm going to put my socks on before I go eat breakfast and then you can get dressed in private."

"Thanks....I'll be done in a minute?"

"Okay see ya."

I opened the door and closed it behind me before heading to the kitchen. Allyson was sitting at the counter and Toshinori was making eggs.

"Good morning, Ria," Ally exclaimed excitedly, "Can you believe I'm going to middle school today!"

"That's right! I totally forgot you were twelve. I thought I still lived with an eight year old with the way you eat," I teased.

I'd totally forgotten that there was a small group of schools near U.A. It consisted of a kindergarten, grade school, and a middle school. I fist pumped her and ate my eggs while she rambled about how she was finally able to start training her quirk.

I smiled as she started to pick up speed in her voice like our dad used to. She had kept her same looks from when she was younger. Every night I was grateful she hadn't been in that accident with us.

"What's this? The squirt is growing up?"

"Terra," Allyson yelled, "Come on guys! Stop teasing me!"

"Here's your breakfast Young Terra," Toshinori said, handing her the plate.

Toshinori was the tallest dude I'd ever known or met. He was even taller than Tarran and Terra. Then again he had been like seven or eight feet tall since the crash.

I stared down at my breakfast at that reminder. I sighed and noticed Toshinori looking at me curiously. Quickly, I shoveled the rest and smiled. He gave me a sad smile and took my plate to clean.

"Thanks," I chuckled, before catching a quick glimpse at my watch. It was nearly time to go, "YIKES!!! Terra, eat quicker, we'll be late if we miss our bus!"

She shoved a slice of toast in her mouth and ran to the room to grab our bags while I set out her shoes and started doing mine. She handed me my school bag then sat down to tie her shoes, too. Allyson walked behind us and velcroed her shoes before jumping over the gap between Terra and me.

"Come on," she whined, "We'll be late if you guys take any longer!"

I stood up and dusted off my skirt before helping Terra up. She picked up her bag and opened the door for me.
