It has been three months and shit has been unusually calm I have to admit. I actually got to spend a lot of time with my brothers who I have a lot more in common with than I thought. Adonis was one hell of an athlete and Royals has phenomenal taste in music.
Even though it has been calm, a lot of my emotions have been all over the place with my mother being out of jail.
"Mom," I say with a face void of any emotion and hers held a closed mouth smile on her face.
"Hi," she said and went to try and hug me but I stepped back.
"Why are you here?"
"I just got out and I wanted to see you. Well I got out a few days ago but I had to get settled first."
"Baby what's taking you so long," Indigo said now, with the robe covering her body,until she saw who was at the door then looked at me," who's this?"
"I'm Natasha Peterson, Zyanté's mom," she said before I could let anything come out of my mouth.
"Indigo Loves. Zyanté's girlfriend," she said shaking my mom's hand then wrapped her arms around me," you come to bed as soon as you can," she said giving me a peck on the lips then went back to our room.
"She's pretty."
"Thanks."
"Look I know you probably aren't ready to talk but I just came here to give you my new address for whenever you want to talk," she said pulling out an envelope and I took it.
"Thank you. Is that it?"
"There's some more stuff in the envelope but I'd rather talk to you about it but I feel that you don't want to talk to me right now," she said and I nodded and we said our goodbyes until I shut the door.
"Are you ok?," Indigo asked me and I shrugged as I put the note up, I didn't want to read it right now.
"I will be," he said holding onto her waist and gave her a kiss," lets go to bed."
Since then I haven't really seen her. I've been thinking about it but I've been having a lot of shit going on with spending time with my brothers and dealing with Tameeka's damn attitude. She bout to chill on that though because I refuse to go through that bullshit again, I'll get on that ass real quick. Speak of the devil and she shall call my ass.
"So you just wasn't bout to come get your child?," she said with an attitude in her tone and I can already see that she got me fucked up.
