---Trigger warning---
Mention of murder of a family member.

~Urbosa's POV~

I'm making sure I have everything before I make my way back home. I hear a knock at my door, it's (y/n).

"Come in." I say.

"Good morning Urbosa." (y/n) says with that smile of hers.

"Good morning (y/n), are ready?"

"Ready as I can be." she says. We walk through the halls of the place to our Divine Beasts.

"(y/n)?" I ask.

"Yes?"

"If you don't mind me asking, how did you get your scar? You don't have to answer if you don't want to."

"Oh, well... I was about 10 years old and just started learning advanced archery techniques. One of them being shooting a bow while riding a horse. So my father and I went to the track below the Midla Woods. We were minding our own business when a few Yiga Clan members came out of no where. My Father tried to shoot them, but..." she starts to tear up and looks over he shoulder," one of the clan members... they... they shot him and took his body. I tried my best to hit them but also trying to get away. One caused my horse to rear back and I fell off. I had so adrenaline coursing through me I didn't even realize that an arrow had grazed my eye when I fell. I managed to shoot all the Yiga members down and find my horse. I rode back crying at the loss of my father and when I got home, mother cried with me for hours. She helped me treat where the arrow cut me. It made a scar and it's a constant reminder of that day. I hate it; I never want to see it. So I've been hiding it ever since." She says putting a hand where the scar is.

I put my bags down and pull her into a hug. I feel her trembling as she quietly sobs in my arms.

"I can't even begin to imagine how much you hate the Yiga Clan."

"No...I- I'm scared of them. I can't even mention the clan without becoming paranoid. It's like not only did they leave a physical scar, but they also left a mental scar as well."

I take my thumb and wipe one of her tears away. "I know you may not be ready to share this with the others at the moment, but when your ready you need to tell the rest of us."

"I know..." she says.

"Alright lets get to Gerudo Town." I say.

"Yea!" (y/n) says as a excitedly as possible. We board our Divine Beasts and doesn't take us long to get to the desert, maybe an hour or two. We leave the our divine beasts outside of town and (y/n) comes out with a completely different out fit than before. She has on a white tank top and (f/c) shorts and is downing an elixir. I laugh.

"It's hot, ok." she says pulling her hair up as high as it'll go.

"I think we should get you some proper clothing." I say, still laughing.

"That would be nice." she says fanning herself. I buy her a few (f/c) traditional Gerudo outfits and I show her to her room.

"This is the best room in the Palace, we're still working on the Champions' Quarters so there may be a few faint construction sounds."

"That's ok."

"I'll let you get settled, then after lunch I'll show you our library with the ancient texts."

"Sounds like a plan to me."

"Great." I say, "I'll leave you to it."
