"Laura, hey! I thought you weren't getting in until tomorrow?" Derek smiled greeting his older sister. She was standing in the archway of the kitchen texting furiously on her phone before her attention perked up at her brother.

She hugged him back, lingering a bit "I was but I knew you were heading back to school soon so I just wanted to make sure we seen each other" Derek's face fell, he wanted to catch up with his sister, but he was currently on a pursuit of looking for a particular orphan boy. Luckily his sister, knowing him so well, chuckled "Don't worry, we'll have all day tomorrow. I'm sure you've got plans set up for today anyways"

Derek crooked an eyebrow, questioning her tone of voice "What do you know?"

She leaned forward with a playful smile stretched across her prominent white teeth, and whispered "Everything"

"Mom" Derek groaned throwing his head back. He isn't sure why he's surprised really, half the family probably knew about him and Stiles by now.

"Hey, don't be embarrassed. I honestly have been expecting this for a while, it took way longer than I expected it too" he snagged an orange from the counter. He wasn't embarrassed, not in the slightest. But he had hardly any time to figure things out before the family knew his business.

"So everyone knows?"

"Don't be so shocked baby brother"

"Oh I'm not" He sighed, pushing from the counter, trying not to make his mission to find Stiles so evident.

"He's in the garage" she advised knowingly. Perhaps his attempt not to look eager didn't work, or Laura could just read him that well "Schools almost back in session, he's putting all of the activities away for mom" she sauntered by him, snatching his orange as she did.

Not even five minutes later, Derek was staring at the garage door. He stared at it for just a moment realizing everything that was waiting for him behind it. It was Stiles; the beginning of everything. Brushing his hair back one more time he turned the knob, pushing the creaking door open.

He was instantly met with off key singing as Stiles lifted a box over his head and onto a shelf. He had headphones plugged into his ears and Derek could hear the hum of music from where he was standing. He chuckled, watching his lean hips sway back and forth while he moved to pack another box full. Derek stood for a moment, satisfied by just watching his body react. Derek knew how that body moved when it was naked, and it was a sight to him.

Over his shoulder Stiles turned to retrieve another box when he squalled at the sight of the older boy. He gasped, clutching at his chest "Derek! H-How long have you been standing there?" It came out as a shout and Derek realized his music was still playing.

"Long enough" he hoped he heard.

He removed his earbuds quickly, before he slowly started to look flushed "Uh...What a-are you doing out here?"

"I came to talk to you"

"Right, yeah of course" he took a hesitant seat on a sturdy stack of boxes, watching Derek chose to stand and lean against a cemented wall. Stiles let the air settle before he questioned "Is it stupid of me to believe everything you confessed last night wasn't just out of a sex haze?"

Derek's eyes widened in shock "No, not stupid. Stiles I meant all the things I said to you, and if you need me to repeat everything-in my non sex haze- I will"

He laughed at the man before him, shaking his head fondly. He scratched at the back of his head, and Derek could see the storm of worry, thunder behind his eyes "So what do we do now? You go back to school in two days"
