Morning came and House got up with his leg feeling a little better than the past few days. He opened his phone and found a lot of text messages and voicemails. He search for "Wilson" and send him a text saying he's not going to be in the hospital for the next days. He asked him to tell his team. Then he turned his phone off.

House

The house smells like bacon. I went down and I saw my mother in the kitchen setting the table while Lorreta (house help) cooking. Feels nice to be look after just because they like to look after you and not because they worry that you might break any moment. Wow

"Smells good!"

"You're up! Come down and eat. We have a long day today. Fire fest"

"Oh, that's today?"

She looked at me with that tiger look I can't argue. I nodded, went down and eat.

AT PRINCETON

Wilson

After two days House finally texted me back. I tried calling him but his not available. Tried texting again but unable to get a reply from him. I guess his really going to be gone for a while.

While I was relaying House's message Foreman interrupted.

"But for how long?"

"I don't know he didn't say."

"Well, I guess we have to wait", Chase continued

"Thirteen's gone too", Taub interrupted

"What do you mean?" I asked

"She left a note two days ago telling she needed some time. We found out that she's up for this Huntington's medical trial. But the real truth is they never even heard of her and made us believe that she's going to Rome but she's not. And her apartment's already vacated. Phones are already cut." Foremen explained

"Well I should probably tell House to hurry back since it's just the three of you for now."

"We will handle this". Foreman firmly stated.

After talking to House's team I went outside and texted him to hurry back and Thirteen is gone. While making my patient rounds I bumped into Cuddy.

"Hey!"

"Hi! Have you reached House yet?" she asked

"Well, he texted me that he's not going to be here for a while"

"And..." she said expecting me to say more

"And nothing else. I can't even call him after that."

"Okay. We will wait." She nodded with disappointment

"Okay"

She's about to walk when I stopped her

"Wait"

"What?" she turned towards me

"Are you really fine? What happened two days ago?

She was stunned. She hesitated and just said

"Can we talk about this later? I need to finish my patient rounds first"

I nodded and went on with my patient rounds thinking Cuddy could be the reason why House is not here.
