Okay so I know it might be a nuisance, but I would really appreciate some feedback on this story. Its my first GaLe fanfic, so I'm nervous. I'll be trying to update as much as I can but school has started up again so it might just be once a week.

Wendy and I spent an hour stopping the bleeding. Wendy wrapped his back and now he lay on his stomach. I have his blood all over my hands and on my face, but I don't care. 'Cause at this moment he was stable. His heart was beating strong. He had blood back in his system because he'd planned ahead and had blood drawn for emergencies. He amazed. His features were relaxed and he looked younger. I don't know why, but I was drawn to him.

He was just so much the opposite of me. He fascinated me. It was as if he was a character from a story. I found myself staring at his face. I let out a yawn and found myself drifting. My head hung and I was out.

--------------------------

When I awoke I found myself laying on a cot in the infirmary. My head was rested on something solid. I opened my eyes and looked up to find crimson orbs staring down at me. A blush spread over my cheeks and I shot into an upright position. He let out a 'gihi' and clutched his stomach as he laughed. My face was scarlet. I'd just been using his lap as a pillow. He reached a hand out and ruffled my hair.

He slowly raised to his feet and offered me a hand. Which I gladly took. He smiled a toothy grin that sent my head spinning. "You're blushing, shrimp. Never been on the same cot as a man?" He said pulling me to my feet. My face flushed and I tucked my chin to my chest letting my askew bangs fall over my face. "Hey now, Shorty, don't go being all pouty on me. I'm giving Ya a tour of the place today." He said un-characteristically. tucking my hair behind my ears. "here" he said unknotting my bandana from his wrist and handing it to me.

I pulled my hair back with the bandana "Why didn't you wake me when you woke up?" I asked and the corners of his mouth turned up.

"Cause your face was so relaxed. I didn't wanna disturb you." His cheeks flushed slightly and my jaw dropped. He raised a finger to my chin closing it for me.

"So about that tour?" He turned swiftly and walked out of the infirmary. I followed, practically jogging to keep up with his long strides.

"First we get food, Shrimp." He sent me a look. At the sound of food my stomach let out a large growl. He let out a deep chuckle and swung open a large wooden door and waited for me to enter. The roar of people laughing and yelling was like a physical slap to the face. I stumbled back a bit and Gajeel steadied me with a hand on the shoulder.

"How many are there?" I asked looking worriedly at him. A smile spread slowly across his face.

"Scared, Shrimp?" He asked and I shook my head.

"It's just overwhelming, I've been in a bunker for six months you know." His hand slid down to my back and he pushed me through the door. He followed shortly after as I stumbled to gain my balance. No heads turned to look at us until the door closed with a loud slam. The dining hall when quiet and turned to look at us.

"Come on, Shrimp, food." He said pushing me along. Within seconds the hall was back to a happy roar. Everyone was talking except for one. A blue haired woman approached Gajeel and I, she raised her arm and slapped him. Was this his lover? He looked indifferent as she slung her arms around his neck.

"Juvia was so worried about you!" Her voice cracked and she pulled back her eyes brimming with tears. I was a little disappointed, I hung my head. Why did I think I had a chance?

"Shouldn't you be gushing over the stripper, Juvia?" He asked pulling her arms away from him. She wiped her tears and smiled at him before walking over to a table and sitting down next to the Sakura haired male, what was his name again? Narsu? NaLu? Natsu! That was it. Gajeel's hand found my back again as he pushed me towards a food counter. Behind it stood a beautiful silver haired woman.

"Glad to see you're up and moving , Gajeel you gave us a scare." She then trained her eyes on me "Who could you be? You're so cute!" She leaned closer and whispered "Are you and Gajeel a thing?" My face flushed and I shook my head furiously. "My name is Mirajane, but everyone calls me Mira." She said with a smile "So what'll you have?" I looked up at the menu hanging above her head.

My mouth watered at all the food choices. "Get her some barbecue chicken nachos." Gajeel said simply. "They're delicious, Shrimp. I'll have the regular, demon woman." He said and pulled me aside. "Lemme guess she asked ya if we were together, right?" I blushed scarlet and nodded. "She's so damn persistent. She'll be trying to get us together now. Even if I am her damn superior." He shook his head and leaned against the wall.

"So, how long has this place existed?" I asked leaning against the wall next to him.

"It used to just be an underground hang out for fights. Erza and I were the top two fighters in the league, when everything went to hell we decided to make it into a resistance of sorts." His lips quirked into a half smile. "We could use someone like you, Ya know?" His eyes met mine.

"Foods ready you two!" Mira called at us. Gajeel picked up the tray of food.'

"Come on, Shrimp." His smile fell and I followed him to the same table, the Juvia woman had sat at. "Guys this is, Shimp, she saved my ass." He sat down and I stood awkwardly as five heads turned and looked at me.

"H-hi, I'm Levy McGarden." I gave a slight smile
