Izuku opened his eyes rather slowly. He froze solid when he realized he wasn't in his room. Wait, this is my room before I moved into UA...That realization was coming a bit too late though, he already had One For All ready to use. Midoriya forced himself to relax and calm down. He checked the date, realizing one thing, "I'm back in middle school? How? I was-" Memories rushed back to him in a tidal wave. Before this Mi-Deku was patrolling with his sensei, Aizawa, until he got hit by a magical quirk. Izuku frowned, he didn't know what the quirk was, but had a feeling that he'd find out soon. Midoriya unlocked his phone and went scrolling in the news. It was a habit after being involved with heroics so much. Aizawa had drilled into them that heroes needed to be informed of everything happening around them.

The first thing Midoriya noticed in the news is the lack of heroes. There were no heroes whatsoever in the news. That made Midoriya panic.

A knock resounded on the door of his room. Midoriya heard a gruff and deep voice, one he hadn't heard in his entire life. "Izuku, it's time for breakfast. You have school today."

I have school?! Midoriya rushed to the door. He stiffened once he saw the unfamiliar man. Izuku had only seen him in pictures, it was his dad. "Good morning."

"You haven't taken a shower yet, Izuku? Betta' hurry up, there's only twenty minutes left until school."

Izuku went into a frenzy as he quickly went to take a shower and get ready. He nearly choked while inhaling his food, but was out the door faster than Iida. To his surprise, Bakugo was waiting for him. That's weird, Kacchan and I weren't friends at this time...

"Finally took you long enough, Deku," Bakugo said. This freaked Midoriya out a bit, Bakugo said Deku as if it was a compliment-

"Sorry to keep you waiting," Izuku said sheepishly before realizing his mistake. His confidence had grown a lot during his years at UA, but in middle school, it was smaller than a baby pea plant. And he had forgotten to stutter.

"Feeling confident today, Deku?" Bakugo glanced at Midoriya, "You didn't feel good yesterday, are you still sick?"

"Um, a bit," Midoriya nervously smiled, "I-I think I lost a bit of my memory."

Bakugo looked concerned, "How much did you lose?"

"I don't know."

The two started walking as Bakugo asked questions. "Where do we go to school?"

"Aldera...?"

"Yes. What did we learn about yesterday?"

"I don't remember."

"Do you know about All Might's villain attack yesterday?"

Izuku froze, it was unusual to hear All Might in that sentence's context. "What?"

"I guess you don't," Bakugo huffed, stuffing his hands into his pockets as the two teens entered the school. "Everyone's talking about it today. All Might attempted to assassinate the prime minister but All For One stopped him."

That's weird... "I don't remember that."

"Do you remember the reformation?"

"The what?"

"The taking of quirks."

Izuku's mind was whirling with new information. He wasn't paying attention during class, although when he was called on he answered the questions easily. Izuku already learned this anyway. All Might- Toshinori-sensei is a villain? All For One is a hero? There are no other heroes- Midoriya's brain was fried. He didn't want to think about this right now. From the other side of the room, he saw Bakugo glancing at him in concern. That emotion looks really foreign on Kacchan's face-
