Chapter- 40

Andrew was descending the stairs in his work clothes and making his way to the dining table where his son and husband are. As usual his husband making their son eat his breakfast. Whenever he looks at them all his worries is cut to the half, they are his strength and weakness at the same time. He smiled, said his good morning to both of them, ruffled Ansh's hair and sat down to eat his breakfast.

"Andrew" Ayaan called Andrew who was busy reading newspaper while having his breakfast.

"Hmmm" Andrew said giving full attention to his lovely partner.

"At what time you will be at home today, if you don't mind can you come a little early, umm.. we can go out for dinner or something?" with a slightly nervous tone Ayaan asked.

"Sorry Ayaan I really have a important meeting with investors today, after that I have to check presentation and new quotation for our new project. Maybe I think I will not be able to come home today if things won't work out" Andrew said with disappointment in his eyes.

"Actually today .. Ahh its ok lets go some other time, when you will become free." Ayaan said with a reassuring smile. After bidding goodbye and pecking Ayaan on lips at the door Andrew left for office. Ayaan dropped Ansh at his school and went to his Bakery with Railey by his side.

In the office......

In a private office room filled with 10 people all of them have serious expression while going through various files and office records. There were dozen of files with each of them. After reading and analyzing each file, shocking revelation came to them. The most serious expression filled with anger was on the face of Andrew.

After Ayaan suggested him to hire a profesional panel outside the company and check through the records, he immediately contacted one of his trusted friend to arrange it secretly, so that the person laundering and robbing the money from the company should not be alerted. All the panel members were high-end-scholars in this field. They have solved number of cases regarding the same issue, they know their job and are well versed. As well as Andrew is paying them hefty amount, to solve it as quick as possible. They have even signed the privacy contract so that this information could not leak out.

They are going through files which are atleast 5 years old, they are working day and night to crack this. All of them are suspecting that the money theft is going in the company from atleast more than 8 to 10 years. It was taking place in the name of slush funds,donations, art painting, investing, society development and many more which actually hasn't reached any of the mention places. It was calculated and deliberately done for years. When Ayaan found out about this, was when they overconfidently overdrawn a large amount which was detectable but if it wasn't Ayaan he still wouldn't have find about this scandal.

So this also proves that some higher officials as well as the department is involved in it and covering it for years. Andrew was red in rage that his and his loyal employee's hard earned money were going in someone else's pocket who doesn't deserve it. He was more motivated to find out who was that.

After analyzing and monitoring the transactions,  the team gave a list of specific people who they think might be involved in it. They can't claim fully that these people are involved in the theft of comapny's capital. All of them were too exhausted to blink an eye, cause they were working non stop for 8 days to find leads.

After receiving the list, once again Andrew was in rage because these people were the one whom he trusted and on the other hand they were backstabbing him. He once again dialed a number to one of his trusted friend who is the owner of high-tech detective agency.

"Hello Cyrus, buddy I need your help I am sending you a list of people. I want their each and every details about whom they meet, what other business they have, in which company they are stock holders, in which banks they have accounts, their each and every transaction from 10 years, I know its difficult but trust me I will pay double the amount if you give me all the details as soon as possible."
