We rushed out of the main door of her house .... and she took me straight to the terrace.I just did what she told me, my mind doesn't work at 5:45 in the morning. (Lol)
I looked at her in confusion.

Hannah: What are we doing here?< Yawn>
Mary: Patience?... Just wait a few more minutes.

After what felt like 10 minutes of chit chat she pointed at the sky. As soon as I looked up,I was shocked at the view. From behind the mountains the sun was slowly rising. I saw almost every shade of yellow till it fully rose and was now giving out warm rays.I have travelled to many countries and have seen many different things, Structures.. tall buildings, beaches, food, antiques. But never in my life I had attempted to see such a beautiful view of sunrise. I was watching and no words escaped my mouth.

Mary:So.... what do you think.. Mary broke the silence.
Hannah: A gasp made its way out of my mouth..I was mesmerized by what I just saw.
Wow!
Mary: I' m glad you liked it!
Hannah: Thank you so much for everything Mary.
Mary: Thank me later, this was just a start. (she smirked) Now c'mon and get ready!
I was confused, but nodded anyway.

After an hour or so we were both ready. Mary lent some of her clothes to me . I
am so grateful to her!
We stepped out of the house. The streets were busy, every one engaged in their own work. She told me to sit in the car and I obeyed. After 2 hours we arrived at a destination and got out of the car. There was a plate hanging by the wall,"orphanage" It said.

Mary: Let's go..

We stepped inside. There were so many kids with bright smiles on, playing without a slightest grief on their faces. We spent the whole day there until it was 7 . We drove to a coffee shop near Mary's house, and sat at the table near the windows .

Mary: Do you know why I showed the sunrise and took you to the orphanage today?
Hannah: I might have an idea but still...tell me...
Mary: You were going to end your life yesterday because of your grades... right?.... have your wondered that you wouldn't have been able to see the sunrise of you would have done that. Those colours... would they be visible if you had jumped? Everything would have become dark suddenly. The orphanage.... The children we saw there... They were totally unaware of who there parents were? Who gave them their life? You should be grateful towards your life and your parents... who didn't abandon you, instead raised you so well! You are so lucky compared to those kids  who don't even know from whom they got  their eye colour or their skin colour from? You should thank all those who have made your life so beautiful and special.

Hannah: (I was silently listening to hear, tears in my eyes.... Thank you mom and dad, Jae, Katy.... and...) Thank you Mary (I said loud enough so she could hear) You me realise that there is more to life than grades or reputation. Thank you so much!

She smiled at me and we went back to her apartment. I laid on the belt thinking about how tiring but beautiful day it was today.
