Harry's POV

Blue. Is it really her? It would make sense with the way she's been acting. I can't believe I forgot about her in the busyness of my career. I mean I got this far because of her! The guys stared at me. I felt cold and was probably pale. Everything clicked. When Kate was talking about the horrible accident. I can't believe Blue is still in that much pain.

"That chick is mental." Niall chuckled, bringing me out of my shocked state. "Shut it!" I snapped and continued up the stairs. Blue now thinks that she was worthless to me. Which wasn't at all true. She meant-means everything to me. I was ushered into the door with 'One Direction' written on it. Lou sat me in the chair, choosing to remain quiet after giving me a look with a mixture of curiosity and worry. The boys came in not long after, bugging me with questions about Blue. I remained silent. I wonder if she's doing okay?

Paul walked in. "Great you all look hideous!" He joked. Lou smacked him. "Hey those are my works of art there!" She said. Everyone started laughing, except me. I just remembered all the times Blue and I would sit on my bed and talk, or watch movies, or game. Or even how I would game while she reads. I remembered the times she'd get so into a book and giggle or make noises of exclamation. I remembered how much I missed being with her every day. How much I missed being her best friend.

"Alright you lovely princesses, time to get backstage." Paul laughed. We all got to our feet and headed out into the hall. We opened the door labelled 'backstage'. The guys were shaking themselves and pumping themselves up for the show. I didn't join them. As they quieted, I looked up to see an excited Kate, and a quiet Blue as she looked at the floor. I loved what she did with her hair. The loose curls fell over her shoulders and her bangs fell in her eyes. She appeared to have makeup on, was that a change that happened since her coma?

I looked away as her eyes came to take in the guys who were fooling around beside me. Not being able to help it, my eyes travelled to her and met her beautiful hazel ones. My heart sputtered and then I looked away, to her arm. It was wrapped around her stomach. Flicking my eyes back to Blue's face, I noticed something that I didn't before, pain. I looked away worry clawed at my insides. Was she still in pain from the stairs or did something happen after the fact when she ran away from us? From me. I corrected myself.

"I should go." I heard Blue's voice say softly to Kate. My head snapped up. I wanted to protest, but that would probably make her leave faster. "What?! No!" Kate exclaimed. Finally something she had done that I can agree with! I looked over at Liam and have him a nudge and a look, hoping that he'd understand that I wanted him to make her stay. He obviously got the message because he spoke up. "Yeah! At least stay for the show so we can get to know you guys better afterwards!!" Blue's eyes flicked to me and I hoped that she wouldn't leave just because I was here. "Fine." She said quietly. Inside, I did a backflip. On the outside I looked away with a small smile.

People came backstage to start hooking us up for the show. We were all lifting our shirts and attaching boxes to our pants and putting our ear pieces around our necks to put in our ears later. Amidst the bustle, Blue began backing up. She was excluding herself, but why? She never used to do that. Though, I was sort of her only friend. I noticed her though. I knew she was there while everyone else went on getting pumped for the show.

Still looking down, Blue moved her arm slightly and winced. She was definitely injured. But how badly. Did I have the nerve to just ask her? Next thing I knew, our intro music began and we were putting our ears in and the guys were whooping. The crowd was roaring and there isn't a chance that Blue would be able to hear anything I say now. That was our que. We're on.

With one more glance at Blue. I ran after the boys onto the stage as the crowd screamed even louder, if that's even possible.

The show was fun. It always is. How can it not be when you have thousands of people screaming your name? When we ran backstage for our 'exit' before we came back for our encore. I noticed something was off with Blue. She had a thin sheen of sweat on her face as she was paler then usual. I wasn't sure if it was because she was dancing to our music, which Id love to see, or something else.

Finally, the show ended and we were all a little sweaty. "That was amazing!" Kate squealed as we got of the stage. Good thing my ears were ringing so I couldn't hear the squeal as well. I instantly felt bad. She was a fan, and I was thankful for that. "Thanks luv." Liam said. My gaze went back to Blue. Her arm was still wrapped around her stomach. Did she not feel good? I slowly moved towards her. "Blue? Are you alright?" Just as I finished the question, her eyes fluttered and she dropped. I ran the last step and caught her. "Somebody get help an call an ambulance!" I slipped to the floor, clutching Blue's body to mine as I fell to the floor with her. I pulled her small and frail body into my lap and brushed the hair away from her face. She didn't look as peaceful as she used to when she would fall asleep at my house when we used to hang out.

First aid helpers swarmed around me and took her from me, pushing me away. The pain from absence of her warmth was intense. I watched as they gently laid her flat on the ground and shined lights in her eyes and did other assessments. Finally the paramedics arrived, did their assessments as the first aid people talked to them in hushed tones. Everything was happening so slowly yet very fast. I was oblivious to what was happening around me that didn't have to do with Blue, but deep down I could hear Kate scream and cry out making me wince. I followed as the paramedics wheeled her out of backstage and all the way to underground parking, away from peering fans.

"Is she going to be okay?" I asked weakly as they hauled her into the back of the ambulance. "Yes, she should be fine. It looks like she broke her elbow somehow and must have just passed out from the pain. But she didn't hit her head when she fell so that's a plus." "That's because I caught her." I said. "Well then, good job son. You saved her from a possible head trauma. She would have been worse off without you." They began closing up the doors as a paramedic jumped into the back with her. My chest ached as I thought of those doors closing, taking Blue away. No, I was not going to leave her again. "Can I get a ride to the hospital with you? She's my best friend." The paramedic stopped as he was closing the last door and eyed me briefly before nodding once. "Hurry up and get in then kid." I hopped in and the door closed behind me. I ignored the man that was continuously making sure Blue was okay and looked down at her instead. Her eyes moved behind her eyelids and I wondered if she was dreaming. I slowly reached out and held on to her hand. I noticed the paramedic shoot me a quick glance as if just realizing I was here but didn't object to me holding her hand.

We got to the hospital and all piled out of the ambulance. I raced after the doctors as the ran Blue into the trauma room but I was held back. "Sir, you're not allowed in there. I'm sorry Sir but if you'll follow me I'll brig you to the waiting room. I huffed and followed the nurse. I sat down in a uncomfortable chair and tapped my foot nervously. I checked my phone and saw that I was getting worried texts from the boys, and angry ones from Paul. I replied to them all telling everyone to stay away from the hospital and that Id let them know when she could have visitors. I finally noticed people staring at me. Shit. For a moment there I forgot that I was famous and easily recognized. I saw a girl who looked like she wanted to come talk to me get up and I shot out of my seat and to the nurses desk. "Hi, I just came in with the girl who was unconscious with a broken arm?" The girl looked at her computer screen and nodded. "Ah yes the Jane Doe. Would you be able to give us her information?" I nodded and gave them Blue's name. When she started asking other questions, I realized that I didn't know the answers to them, not anymore. Finally I gave the nurse my number and said "please, please, please when she's allowed visitors can you give me a call, I just need to go get some air but really new to be by her side when I can." The nurse smiled kindly. "Of course. It shouldn't be that long though. They just need to get some tests done and then fix what ever needs fixing and then will set her up in a room." I nodded. Before I turned and walked away I said "I would also like to take care of her hospital bill when it's ready. And please set her up in a nice room." The girl smiled again and nodded as she wrote down my requests. I was about to give my name when she held up a hand. "I know who you are." I felt rage flow through me. I hated this life sometimes.

I shook my head and walked outside inhaling a deep breath of polluted air. I then noticed a shop nearby and went to it. When I got back to the hospital, I was just in time to be lead to Blue's room.
