Mila's past

Mila's POV

After everyone shared their story they all turned to me.

"What about you Mila" dariush said

"Oh no you guys dont want to hear my story, its fine." I said

"Yea we do" Gabe said as I shook my head

"Come on we all shared except for you, you gatta." Dariush said as I was freaking out on if I should tell them or not and saying nothing

"You can trust us" ZhenZhen says

"Yea" they all say

"Fine" I said finally giving in because they won't have no for an answer

"Well-um how should I say this uhh its alot my brother who was 17 he died two months ago- my parents pushed him and he fell on the concrete and snapped his neck. Nothing happened to my parents though nothing." I said tears going down my cheeks and Gabriel put his arm around me and pulled me closer to him as I continued

"Me and him were always together when I was 12 my parents started drinking, doing drugs, and hitting me and my brother, he would always take care of me after a beating or take the beating for me. My parents still do beatings everyday." I say and then I show them my arms still with that bandage on, scratches, bruises, and cigar burns

Gabriel's POV

As Mila was now talking about her parents abusing her I was sad and mad then she showed us her arms and I wanted to cry.

"Oh my gosh!"i said and hugged her tightly

"Wait so did your ex know?" Dariush asked and she let go of me and began to talk again and didn't even want to hear what she was going to say because i knew it wouldn't be a good answer

"Yea he did know and he would just stand there and watch me get beat, yes he wasn't the best boyfriend I mean he was cheating on me and-" she said

"And what?" Alex says

"And I guess he raped me too"she said

"Not the best if i ever see him he won't ever get to see daylight again." I said very angry

"You know you need to go to the police after all this is over" ZhenZhen said

"Yea I know I will" she says whipping her tears away

"Enough about me tho it's in the past" Mila says trying to put a small smile on her face and I still had my arm around her

End of POV

Mila's POV

"You can't choose your family, but you can always make another one" ZhenZhen says

"Yea you guys are my new family" I said

We all then took a picture with Gabriel's arm around me and I liked that I didn't want him to move it.

Time skip

Right now me and ZhenZhen were changing into what we were going to sleep in.

"Soo you like Gabriel?" She asked

"What?!"

"I can tell you both like eachother, so dont deny it" she says

"Ok maybe I do but it's hard to trust people you know what if he breaks my heart."I say

"First I can tell he really likes you he wants to protect you from being hurt, second you never know until you try." She said and I nodded
"Ok I'm going to go talk to him before I change" i said and left her to changing

"Um Gabe can i talk to you" I said

"Yea" he said
