"You ready for Capture the Flag with the visiting Romans?" Jason asked Nico as they sat at the Big Three table on the pavilion.

Nico looked up from his stack of pancakes and shrugged. Teams had been assigned and sorted yesterday and the games began in two hours. Percy was sitting next to Jason and answered excitedly. "You bet I'm ready! The others are going down because I got you on my team bro."

"Thanks bro. I love you bro."

"Love you too bro." The blonde and black haired boys high fived and Nico rolled his eyes. "I am literally the straightest person here and I just made out with Will behind the Apollo cabin."

"So does that mean I'm not your type?" Percy asked half hopefully, half mockingly. It had become his joke for everything now.

"No Percy. You aren't my type."

"Gods dam it." He muttered and went back to eating his blue pancakes.

After another couple minutes of idle conversation, all the cabins headed back to prepare for the games. Nico trudged quietly back to his cabin, not stopping by the Apollo cabin because he was so deep in thought of how they were going to win against the Athena cabin and Ares cabin combined.

A pair of warm arms encircled him. "Nicooo why weren't you stopping by?" Will whined and nuzzled his boyfriend's neck.

Nico felt a bit like melting under Will's touch. "I was busy thinking about how we're going to win. We're playing against Annabeth."

"We're in for it all right." Will agreed and moved so he stood in front of Nico. Will's eyes were a light blue, like the sky on a summer day. He bent his knees slightly so that he was Nico's height and kissed him.

Nico kissed back as he wrapped his arms around the back of Will's neck and his boyfriend's arms pressed against the small of his back.

"If Annabeth kills me accidentally during these games, I love you." Nico muttered jokingly and Will laughed against his mouth.

(1 hour later)

"Alright. Now that we're all here, we need code names." Percy announced as his small group of friends that were on his team gathered around him. His armor was on crookedly and the blue plume on his helmet looked a bit mussed.

Percy had already been briefed by the Demeter cabin, who was captain of the team and knew just where he was to be. Everyone else had as well and now everyone was waiting nervously to begin.

"Do we have to?" Nico asked, managing to make himself still look dark and brooding even though he was wearing camp armor.

"Yes. It is crucial." Percy explained to the circle of his friends. Jason nodded enthusiastically while Will, Leo, and Frank merely shrugged. Some of the Romans were visiting and had decided to join as well.

"Fine. But I'm giving the code names." Nico was surprised with himself for this outburst, but decided to roll with it.

"You can address me as 'Eagle One.' " He pointed to himself than to Percy.

"Percy is 'Been there, done that, and I regret it everyday,' " the other black haired boy spluttered.

"Will is 'Currently doing that,' " His boyfriend's smirk was wider than Long Island Sound as he glanced from Percy's range of emotions to Nico.

"Jason is "It happened once in a dream,' " he pointed to Jason who was snickering at Percy's expressions and Leo's comment. He met Nico's eyes, looking a bit confused. "What?"

"Leo is, 'If I had to pick a dude that wasn't Will at gunpoint.' " Leo pumped his fist. "Yeah baby, that's me, Bad Boy Supreme is VIP." He brushed invisible dust off his armor and smirked at Jason's expression. Jason probably thought that would be him.

"Frank is..." Nico stopped to think for a moment. "Eagle Two."

Frank sighed in relief. "Oh thank the gods, I thought it was going to be something strange like 'Bird face.' "

"We can change it if you want." Leo nudged him with his arm, casting a sidelong glance. Frank shook his head vigorously.

"Alright team. Let's go beat my girlfriend." Percy exclaimed and uncapped Riptide.

The six boys ran off into the woods as the signal went off and the games began.

A/N: I liked it and thought it was kinda funny. Jason's and Percy's bromance is the best. And this isn't focused solely on Solangelo, but it's still adorable if you ask me 😍
